Charlie your primal movements personifies what it "is" to move like spirited animals! After my intense plyometrics and baskeball workouts I usually transition into deep Yoga. However, I felt that your "vinyasa flow " eased me into middle gear, instead of shifting down too fast. This type of flow is new to me. As I moved along with you, I found the angles/orientations reaching my tendons in pliable new ways. I still need to practice the "reverse table into wheel"-- that one is a tricky flow for me. ;) And that majestic tranqull lake/pond as your playground-- wow, what a blessing! Thanks Charlie for sharing with all of us. 🤸
I have done this flow several times and enjoy it more each time! For me it gathers energy. I'd be happy to see longer version with even more integration of animal moves into the practice.

This might be my favorite video of yours that I’ve done so far. So much fun doing new moves. I was cracking up laughing during the monkey jumps. I couldn’t do the wheel. At the end of video lying on my back I put my hands behind me and I can do it with my head on the ground. You’ve given a new goal to work towards. Earlier this morning, I tried Aerial Yoga for the first time. I had a good time. I’ll give it another go in a few weeks or so.

I think it is one of the best practices that I've seen so far. Nevertheless, naturally, without any 'advanced only' warning or more detailed explanation - I've ended up damaged myself in my knees and in my shoulders. Including around 20:00. Beside that, I enjoyed it. My only hope is that I won't regret it tomorrow.

I'm a huge muscular guy. Recently I started getting interested in animal moves, body strength, powerbatics, yoga and so on because pure powerlifting and bodybuilding is making me strong only at those lift, while the body is full of weak links, energy leaks, wrong balance and tendinitis because of the heavy lifting. I documented myself and this kind of workouts seems that will solve most of this stuff giving back to body flexibility, athleticism, balance and stable strength. I will start following your yoga flows right today and include them in my novice calisthenics/agility workout to get even more volume and results. This month will be life changing for me I hope. Thanks for sharing this.

I've started calisthenics and have to combine resistant workout with stretching workout. Watched few yoga (probably different types) and few "mobility" videos, but this "yoga flow" type feels the best compliment so far.

I couldn't do everything.. You are so strong.. I did it for first 10 minutes... My spine feels incredibly straight and i feel so much inner strenght after maniging as little as i managed♥️yoga is so powerful
I've been practicing Silat and Escrima since 1993 and Taiji, Bagua and Xingyi since 2008. I like practicing slow twisting and circling steps with blades. It nourishes my brain and I circulate my chi to stay healthy and massage my internal organs to stay soft and limber. The first thing I would teach someone is how to relax and root and circulate Qi. After relaxing, someone can learn basic Gong Fu! When I was 16 YO, I bought all the Yoga books from the used book store. I incorporated some of the postures into my stretching routine. I like to hold postures sometimes when I practice, and Silat has a lot of crouching postures.
Animal & Primal Movements are my next fav practice to Yoga! I was always hoping that you would combine both these practices but was hesitant to suggest as I wasn’t sure what you thought about this movement practice. But I am so glad you answered my silent prayer by combining the two practices Charlie…totally enjoyed it so thank you so much! The only comment I would like to make is to name the different primal movement poses while practising such as static beast, loaded beast, ape etc. so that people are aware of the different poses. 💜👩🏻💙🍑💋💪🏻🙏🏻👌🏻✨ 🦍 🦀🥰

I love the challenge this class brings and the contact movement. after finishing this workout, I felt really good and very sweaty. I also realized that there is so much more to yoga and I hope I can learn to improve. I hope to learn to do the wheel and be able to do some sort of a handstand...hopefully :)

I've been practicing Silat and Escrima since 1993 and Taiji, Bagua and Xingyi since 2008. I like practicing slow twisting and circling steps with blades. It nourishes my brain and I circulate my chi to stay healthy and massage my internal organs to stay soft and limber.
The first thing I would teach someone is how to relax and root and circulate Qi. After relaxing, someone can learn basic Gong Fu!
When I was 16 YO, I bought all the Yoga books from the used book store. I incorporated some of the postures into my stretching routine. I like to hold postures sometimes when I practice, and Silat has a lot of crouching postures.
Animal & Primal Movements are my next fav practice to Yoga! I was always hoping that you would combine both these practices but was hesitant to suggest as I wasn’t sure what you thought about this movement practice. But I am so glad you answered my silent prayer by combining the two practices Charlie…totally enjoyed it so thank you so much! The only comment I would like to make is to name the different primal movement poses while practising such as static beast, loaded beast, ape etc. so that people are aware of the different poses. 💜👩🏻💙🍑💋💪🏻🙏🏻👌🏻✨ 🦍 🦀🥰

I love the challenge this class brings and the contact movement. after finishing this workout, I felt really good and very sweaty. I also realized that there is so much more to yoga and I hope I can learn to improve. I hope to learn to do the wheel and be able to do some sort of a handstand...hopefully :)
