    Outstanding! I'm 53 and encourage everyone that I train with to get/keep moving. I got the Yoga for BJJ certification a couple of years ago and love mixing Animal/Ginastica movements into the workouts. Thank you for the inspiration!

    oooeeee, that was hard but it was great! im drenched. couldnt do the deep squats like you, that will take me a while. thank you Grant!

      His program, primal 45, is 10 weeks.. So, 3 months later I tried this one. But please do take the challenge, it won't disappoint 💪❤️
