Taku is such a boss - he's the MacGyver of cooking. He'll disappear into the wilderness and show up hours later with a Michelin star worthy meal!

You should watch your friend Hiro’s episode where he tour the Southern California uni operation. Perhaps network with the owner down there. And start a northern CA operation with his help and guidance. (Partnership?) Then you can find a good use for the northern variety of uni. And help control their infestation and aid the population of seaweed and Albalone up north. Win-win.
My husband tells me: Taku again!?! And I will answer: “Yes, instead of watching depressing daily news! Hah! I wish I have money to fly and see you!!! Keep on fishing (or diving) or whatever you do and of course, cooking!
