This would be an ok new build for a solid 1440p machine but I'm not sure I'd be spending that kind of money on a 12GB GPU. That won't age well. You could put the money into the platform and just get a 3060 to hold you over while you wait and see what the system requirements do. Then in a couple of years when we know, you can get a better GPU then. A caution to any novice builders: QC in the industry is worse than I've ever seen it and I've been building PCs since 1995. Your chances of having at least one of the parts you order for your build being faulty are quite good. Salazar just posted a Fix or Flop where someone managed to get two faulty X670 MBs in a row🤦♂ Calling a 'Torx' driver of the cheapest kind an 'Allen Wrench' is like saying you can put an AMD CPU in an intel socket. Still, you can find the even more ridiculous 'star hex wrench' for sale online. You know, just so nobody sues them. Technically you don't have a 'Torx' driver but a 'star' driver because Torx is a registered trademark and I doubt they paid the royalties. That case just shows off all the cables you've stuffed in the basement. May I suggest the Zalman S2 TG for a cheap case that will hide all the garbage from your non-modular PSU, which anyone building on a budget is likely to have. Modular PSUs are a waste of money on a build of this class, as are Steel Legend MBs.
🙂 i just checked, they are the same, only difference is a lite bump in speed, do keep in mind tho that if ur using an older motherboard the 14600k will not boot up until u update the motherboards bios first

Rtx 4070 + 1080p = 👌
1440p is the sweet spot
@@brandonh9016 1440p is sweet spot for 16gb cards, not really 12gb. Yes it would work fine with 12gb, but 12gb is the bare minimum especially when playing the newest games.
why the cpu not boosting to 5.3Ghz ? :(
What’s better the i7 4700kf or your one?
His one or do u mean 14700kf
What monitor is that?
If you have lots of patience and dont mind to deal with all the Pc gaming problems, then get a Pc.
If you just want to relax on your comfortable sofa, press the button and play withing 10 sec , get a console.
Am I able to op for the I9 14900k?
Might be too hard for the gpu to handle ngl, 4070 and 13600k is already a good combo, you could consider upgrades to a higher GPU if you wanna stick with the 14900k
Is this motherboard good for i9 13th gen?
Yes
🙂 yes, its got two 8pins for the cpu, its pretty much inline, very similar to the other companies, i9 13 or 14
@@MrSamadolfo thanks. I am new to this first time building so ABIT nervous regarding everything lol
@@nayyabmughal1123 🙂 asrock recently stepped up their game with better, i think it started with the z690 two years ago
Thanks man I want to build a pc for emulation especially rpcs3 which is heavy on cores and threads. @@MrSamadolfo
I just came for the backwards fans hehehe
is it worth upgrading from a 2070 super to a 4060ti
depends on what ur playing? because even Alan Wake 2 runs fine on that card 🙂
@@MrSamadolfo mainly warzone at 1080p
@@SpenceR2004..... 🙂 that game isn't too bad, i think u should wait a bit longer and then buy a stronger card
Get a 7700xt or 7800xt instead and if you only do nvidia save for a 4070 super
@@An-intricate-man would it be worth upgrading from a ryzen 5 5600x to a ryzen 7 5800x3d then wait and get a gpu when i can afford something more powerful
Hey guys, I built my PC last saturday and its worked great until today. I was in the middle of gaming and then mt amd drivers said there was a driver freeze. I decided to turn the PC off from the power supply and when I turned it on again I got a VGA light. I have reseated the RAM and the CMOS, I have taken the gpu out and when I turn on the PC the vga light still apears but wil no gpu installed. I do have a wifi card installed as well.
Specs:
Ryzen7 3700x
16gb kingston fury 3600mhz
1tb crucial p3
msi b550 gaming plus
rx 580 8gb
750w gigabyte psu
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!!!!!!!
I can’t help I’m afraid but this is my fear of buying AMD card. I am not tech savvy at all and if something like this happened I would be stuck for weeks
real
Why no 4070 super?
sure thats the prefered card, one of the supers
Because this video is to emphasise that Nvidia has reduced the price of the non super variant
How the hell Mr Camera Man didn't say a word to you that You wrongly mounted cpu fans ?? I do understand that he possibly is not a tech pc guy but.... Nice build anyway.
The tripod doesn't really get involved too much tbh
@@PcCentric Got it

This would be an ok new build for a solid 1440p machine but I'm not sure I'd be spending that kind of money on a 12GB GPU. That won't age well. You could put the money into the platform and just get a 3060 to hold you over while you wait and see what the system requirements do. Then in a couple of years when we know, you can get a better GPU then.
A caution to any novice builders: QC in the industry is worse than I've ever seen it and I've been building PCs since 1995. Your chances of having at least one of the parts you order for your build being faulty are quite good. Salazar just posted a Fix or Flop where someone managed to get two faulty X670 MBs in a row🤦♂
Calling a 'Torx' driver of the cheapest kind an 'Allen Wrench' is like saying you can put an AMD CPU in an intel socket.
I dont understand how standoffs are installed😮😢
Why would anyone use a 4070 when the 4070 super is available for only $50 more, and get a much better gaming experience. :/

Where is amd?
build me a pc so i can start my yyt career and get earning in fn
a 13600k and 14600k aren't the same.
🙂 i just checked, they are the same, only difference is a lite bump in speed, do keep in mind tho that if ur using an older motherboard the 14600k will not boot up until u update the motherboards bios first
@@MrSamadolfo the 14600k is faster simply. sometimes can be found cheaper than the 13600k..at least in the UK
if i want to build a pc, where can i se how manny watt i want? from the powersuppley

Stop using DLSS in FPS games when testing frame rate! it adds input latency and nobody uses it so we can't tell how it really performs.
Absolute rubbish - Frame Gen adds latency, Not DLSS Super Resolution (SR reduces it). If you're not using SR you're a missing out on literal free fps
@@PcCentricSorry my bad I knew that. I only glanced and misread the settings because we use fidelityfx cas like most streamers so I got confused when I glanced and seen Nvidia DLSS
Will you sell this PC ?
His PC’s get reused for future videos, he already had the 4070 FE and P3 Plus SSD, the only new items in the video were the case and the cooler
