Ha ha ha you make it look so easy. I made the filling and prepared the potato but from what I ended up with, I obviously do not posses the dexterity of your fingers for the forming the cutlets. I did use a little oil on my hands but mine didn't quite match up to the polished finish you achieve. Good tasting though in any event.
