Dear Pearl, loved your demo on the tomato chutney. It’s my signature dish, my kids, family and friends love it. I use Indian five spice all in one go, your balancing act with the plate and putting them individually isn’t warranted. I pulp my onions, ginger and garlic in my processor which thickens the chutney. I add one chilli, three tablespoons of sugar, vinegar and salt, but l add a large tablespoon of mint sauce, which really enhances the chutney. I like add it to pakoras, samosas or my main meal too. ❤
No offence that background music is rather irritating because we can just hear you. Having cooked Indian for over70 years it’s nice seeing new recipes and different versions of the dishes we have done over time. Very enjoyable videos great job

I am from Madras. The filling of the bonda is a bright yellow. Use fresh coriander. The frozen coriander ruins the colour of the filling. Remember we eat with our eyes first.😮
