Hi Madam , I keep watching your videos. As I love to watch these. As my daughter has married an Anglo Indian I wish to learn more breakfasts of your traditions .
Thank you very much. Glad you like my recipes. I have posted some breakfast recipes already of Bombay Toast, Rumble Tumble scramble eggs etc. Do check my channel
Thanks ...im an anglo from cal...came out to australia as a teenager so never had the chance to learn ...your chanel is fantastic guide thanks si much 🙏🙏
Thank you very much Bridget. My mum used to Mash potatoes, then put some of the cooked mince in middle of the potato cutlet. Which tasted very good but your method looks easier! Looking forward to trying this. I think if people do more want to use Meat mince, I suppose that they could use brown or any other Lentils or Soya mince. X
I think you are referring to Potato Chops where the mince is encased in mashed potatoes then crumb fried. This is the link to my recipe of Mince Potato Chops ua-cam.com/video/2HSCzuLf4FI/v-deo.html

Good morning Jude. I will post the raw mince cutlet for you. Its the same process except that the raw mince is mixed with the ingredients instead of cooking the mince
You eat it as a side dish with Pepperwater and Rice or Dal and Rice. Have it with bread or just as a snack with some ketchup. Smaller cutlets could be served as a starter at parties.

Very nice and simple recipe. Is there any way of adding lime juice while cooking the mince?
Thank you 😊 The recipe doesn’t call for lime juice so no need to add
