Absolutely love this workout! I love coming back to it every 2 weeks as I remember the moves easier & still burn insane calories! For anyone interested, my watch says I burned 400 active calories, 500 total calories.
I absolutely love Simone! I'm not a dancer but she breaks it down in a way that is easy to follow. Even when I don't add in the arms I get a great workout and have a ton of fun doing it!
This is my first time knowing Simone! She's so energetic and lovely. She makes working out fun and also entertaining. Although I was exhausted by the end of it, paused for a few times, it's still enjoyable to finish the whole thing! Also, when stretching the quads, I love when she said knees kissing each other! That was so cute!
I usually keep checking the remaining time and want it to be ended soon every time i do a cardio dance but not for this one! Trust me guys all you'll feel is just having fun! Really recommended and thank you for this vid xx
I love this! I’m going to try to do this at least 3x a week! It’s hard to find workouts I can do since my car accident last year because I have severe damage to my neck and back. I know I’m the minority, but I appreciate the music not being too loud because my hearing has been affected and I can’t understand what people are saying in a lot of work out videos, but I could understand this perfectly. I needed this. I lost 50 lbs before my wreck, but have gained 20 back now because I have to rest so much and can’t hardly work out. That’s very stressful because we are planning on getting married soon as well. I hope this works, I love Simone. She makes working out fun and I have full faith in this😊
I've done this video twice, and trust me, it gets easier! I'm a 68 yr old former fitness enthusiast, who just couldn't get the motivation to exercise at all for the first 13 months of COVID "shelter in place". But, I've gotten my mojo back. What I like about this video is that Anna represents us, who are new to the video steps and are making lots of mistakes. But, she keeps smiling and going! I also like that it was done unedited. It appears to be one long camera shot of all of them doing this routine. I'm going to keep doing this video, to get stronger and to get more "in tune" with the steps. If a 68 year old 13-month-sedentary woman can do it, you can do it!

I've always stayed fit but this whole year has been a sedentary lifestyle because of the pandemic, telecommuting and a broken foot :S. So I have a lot of recovery to do, and I've been wanting to start again but I can't afford a gym. So this is honestly a gift to me. I've missed cardio so much! Thank you ♥
Just tried this after not doing regular Zumba for two years or more. Loved it! Well taught and they don't expect you to be a dancer, very encouraging. Dripping in sweat and can't wait to do it again 😁

Simone is cool! I love her attitude and energetic personality. She gets me pumped and want to go from start to finish. Most celebrity trainers are so dry and uninteresting after getting into the workout. She stays peppy! I enjoy it. \

I love this workout. The moves are great and don't require crazy skills. One thing I do want to share is that I have learned how important it is to stretch my calves throughout the workout! Please make more videos like this- FUN FUN SWEAT FUN :)

I love all of Simone's routines! This one, the Sweaty Betty routine, and I bought the two full lengths that are on BBS site. I completed this workout and though I felt awesome... I was seeing red spots for atleast 10 mins after! The scarlet clothing is too much, please keep this in mind for future vids!!

This was a pretty fun dance cardio workout! Even though I rolled my left ankle during the first round of learning the step outs, I carefully kept at it and was bee-bopping my way through the entire 45 minutes--not necessarily in perfect hippity hoppity step, but good enough to keep up a sweat and feel the burn in my legs.
OMG it just popped in my rec section and I was like 'well let's see'. And after those 45 minutes I am smelly and sweaty but still it was the funiest workout ever
