I'm almost 56, completely let myself go in 2020 and started this class on Dec 21 last year. the first time I could only get through about 9 minutes. I've slowly worked myself up to fully (and by sweating to death!) completing this and other classes. Even on days I have to push myself to do this, I finish with such satisfaction and peace. Thank you for helping me find that again!

Been doing this weekly for a year. Great workout. Its a little to fast so watching it at .75 speed is perfect-I get more of a workout and less injury risk.
this is a very complete exercise. It's not the most intense thing you can do, but there will be shakes and sweat if you're working! I like Marnie because she is not condescending, overly grandiose, or phony (as I find sometimes instructors can be). Feels like she's teaching you like an expert friend.

finally getting back into the groove after a week of oversleeping and unhealthy eating. this felt AMAZING. i feel so much fresher and cleaner after this workout. 10 minutes in, i was going to switch to a different video because this one was too fast paced. i’m so glad i stayed. will definitely be coming back for more!
I LOVE THIS!!! I'm 16 and I do Bharatanatyam, and I've been really trying to build my dancer's body whilst challenging myself and staying fit and losing weight. I take small pauses in between, but I'm building up every day to complete the full 45 minutes all in one go, and I really appreciate that I have a friend helping me through. Thank you xxx
I' m almost 64..bad knees but I did notice that the headache I had from drinking water instead of my ice tea..went away while exercising...my whole body is vibrating now..loved it..thanQ so much
This is by far one of my favorite workouts from PopSugar Fitness!! Absolutely amazing!! I feel strong, empowered, and centered. The stretch at the end was rejuvenating!
This workout made me feel better about my day in less than a minute! Love how she gets us excited in the warm up, that initial energy takes you far. I only was going to do a few minutes of the workout but 45 minutes later I did the whole thing!
I am 54, fit, lean, but dealing with combo of meno + hypothyrodism, and of course busy life.. I do weights - Caroline Girvain, Heather Robertson, Michelle Briehler, and did and tried (and still doing combination of) all sorts of other training - pilates, yoga, barre, ballerina, aerobics.. One training I keep coming back to is this one.. usually on Saturday or Sunday.. (during the week is mostly weights w one HIIT). Great balance of warm up, cardio, exercises - that are just timed/paced perfectly, pushes you the way it should and you feel it. So well structured, dynamic, keeps you motivated throughout and time passes quickly. Just perfect! Marnie is an exceptional trainer. Thank you!

This workout is poetic in a way. I love how her instruction focuses on the flow and benefits of each type of movement, shifting the attention to this workout as an act of self-care. Best home training ever. I’ve done this three times a week just for two weeks and my partner recognised it first that my hips are lifted!!!!! Now I’m not going back to the gym and will just follow the ladies here. Thank you so much and love you guys!!
So I really, really liked this video and will definitely do it again. She has a great voice, does not shout our ridiculous motivational statements, and doesn't stumble with her instructions even once. She is very quick on transitions, sometimes too quick, especially during the cardio series. I feel like i got a true total body workout. Thank you!
it's a super quick workout with quick transitions and although the cardio series were quite short (compared to some other workouts with much longer cardio) I felt the burn and was sweating so hard throughout the workout! Love it!

I really love your videos! Im a former dancer/runner and I'm two months out of surgery for TOS. It had been really hard being so sedentary (I cant do any upper body) and I appreciate all the modifications that really make a big impact! Dance in general, but ballet especially is so high impact and great for your body! I feel so much better about my current constraints. You are a great teacher

This was the first time in a longer time that I tried exercising again. Because of my multiple sclerosis it is hard for me to keep on track but I am determined to try new workouts. So I tried a workout like this for the first time, and now I feel amazing! It was really hard and I had to pause a few times but it was worth it.

This was AMAZING. I used to dance ballet and haven't done so in about 6 years. Then I had a baby. This was so fun and I love how it was close to ballet but not the same. The music was excellent too! Unfortunately I have diastasis recti so I couldn't do the floor work but the standing exercises were great! Please please do more barre workouts with this instructor! I love her!!

This is great! Thank you so much for having a variety of Barre classes. I seek out the ones with Marnie because I love her energy and instruction. It's always a good pace with progressions and modifications, very good for any level.
Thanks a lot for sharing this great, efficient workout. I see it was uploaded long time ago, and I regret I only discovered this now! It was pretty tough at the first time but I feel improvement every time I do it again. I love the energy of the instructor and her colleagues. They also really helped boosting my confidence by providing clear options and instruction for beginners like me. I totally recommend this workout, especially for many of those who are stuck home due to the lock-down. Hope you all enjoy it and stay healthy!
I tend to repeat workouts when I only have vague memories of what is inside them. I have done this after a couple of months and I love it so much, about the third or fourth time. I always feel so much more calm and happy. Truly detoxing! I have probably commented on this one before, but it is worth commenting again! Love it so much. :)
Just finished this workout. I usually lift weights and do a lot of HIIT. This workout was a perfect mix-up in my routine. It worked a lot of the smaller muscles and makes them BURN! Really good for a slower, burner workout.
This was a great workout and went by so fast. It's really fast-paced, so it might take a few times doing it to totally get in the groove. I've consistently done HIIT and strength, but it's been recommended that I start doing more low-impact exercise. I was disappointed at first-- being told to stop high-impact. I have discovered however that this type of work-out still leaves me with the 'ahhhh, that felt good' feeling, but yet I don't feel totally wasted. I look forward to doing more like this and seeing results.
You’re not alone there- I also am transitioning to lower impact due to messing up my hormones with HIIT. I wish you well and happy to hear you have a healthy solution ☺️

This was the first time in a longer time that I tried exercising again. Because of my multiple sclerosis it is hard for me to keep on track but I am determined to try new workouts. So I tried a workout like this for the first time, and now I feel amazing! It was really hard and I had to pause a few times but it was worth it.
LOVE her little sayings lol, "break your heart open"! "No rhythm without pause"! So motivational, I wanna see more of her! :)

I've been weight training for atleast a year so far, I'm really proud that I can squat my body weight but this workout killed me like no other, I definitely underestimated Barre, new lifetime user for sure! Thank you so much for posting
This was AMAZING. I used to dance ballet and haven't done so in about 6 years. Then I had a baby. This was so fun and I love how it was close to ballet but not the same. The music was excellent too! Unfortunately I have diastasis recti so I couldn't do the floor work but the standing exercises were great! Please please do more barre workouts with this instructor! I love her!!

This is great! Thank you so much for having a variety of Barre classes. I seek out the ones with Marnie because I love her energy and instruction. It's always a good pace with progressions and modifications, very good for any level.

Thanks a lot for sharing this great, efficient workout. I see it was uploaded long time ago, and I regret I only discovered this now! It was pretty tough at the first time but I feel improvement every time I do it again. I love the energy of the instructor and her colleagues. They also really helped boosting my confidence by providing clear options and instruction for beginners like me. I totally recommend this workout, especially for many of those who are stuck home due to the lock-down. Hope you all enjoy it and stay healthy!

I tend to repeat workouts when I only have vague memories of what is inside them. I have done this after a couple of months and I love it so much, about the third or fourth time. I always feel so much more calm and happy. Truly detoxing! I have probably commented on this one before, but it is worth commenting again! Love it so much. :)

Was hard at the beginnnig, but then I loved. She's also the best, has a vibe so nice and make it forget the pain.
Just finished this workout. I usually lift weights and do a lot of HIIT. This workout was a perfect mix-up in my routine. It worked a lot of the smaller muscles and makes them BURN! Really good for a slower, burner workout.
This was a great workout and went by so fast. It's really fast-paced, so it might take a few times doing it to totally get in the groove. I've consistently done HIIT and strength, but it's been recommended that I start doing more low-impact exercise. I was disappointed at first-- being told to stop high-impact. I have discovered however that this type of work-out still leaves me with the 'ahhhh, that felt good' feeling, but yet I don't feel totally wasted. I look forward to doing more like this and seeing results.
You’re not alone there- I also am transitioning to lower impact due to messing up my hormones with HIIT.
