This is the first workout that actually made me excited to work out the next day....and the next..and on a daily basis, really. I'm not the best at sticking to healthy routines (exercising, voluntarily) and I used to think that I'd never genuinely enjoy working out. BUT Simone is so energetic and genuinely happy to be doing what she does and, eventually, I found that positive energy in me and I couldn't be more thankful for Simone. She is Queen.
Me too! I mean I loved going to the gym but I can't afford it now and I had trouble sticking to a routine with other videos. This one really got to me, I love having discovered Simone ❤

So i have been on and off for this workout for a few years ,when i feel bored of weight training i'll do this work out as a cardio.. whenever i wanna loose weight fast this workouts is a secret! 😆

As a former dancer, I truly appreciate the comber nation of cardio and dance. Its done at a slow enough pace for learners to catch on.

I finally completed this workout from the start to the end of the stretching!! When I first started this workout weeks ago, I couldn’t complete it all the way. In fact the very first time I tried it, I could hardly lift my legs in the 1st set of cardio after just halfway through :D But gradually, I could complete the first set of cardio, then the arms and continue on to the next set of cardio without resting and to the leg work, lower body and finally stretching! That sense of achievement ahh…. My floor mat is dripping as much as me hahaa.. Thank you Simone!

I use to do crossfit, it's hard. But it never makes sweat like crazy as i'm doing this workout. This workout has magic.
Doing this workout in addition to my regular workout has given me those side thigh "dents." I skip the arm workout because my smallest weights are 10 lbs. Make sure you stay really hydrated before, during (between sets) and after. I looooove Simone's workouts!

this is the first time I've heard of Simone and I LOVE her! I love her inclusive attitude that so many celeb trainers lack.
If you are new to this, I advise you to do more warm-up exercises. Their warm-up here is just quick and it doesn't suffice the amount of work that you will be doing for the main workout. And in addition, if you have knee problems, don't do this. It's full of jumping. It's a great workout tbh and it just needs getting used to. Btw, to those of you who might want to look for other channels, check FitnessBlender. They are amazing. 😌💛
christianefbowiefan I totally agree. This is absolutely not good for bad knees especially the kick jumps because the toe is pointed out and knee extended put

This is my go-to workout when I'm looking for a quick sweat at home! It gets you sweating waterfalls! But the best part, the BEST part is you have great fun and time flies as you go!!! Some workouts leave you agonizing every second, making you wonder how many minutes you have left on the video, and basically feel like the longest 10/15/30 minutes of your life...but Simone's had me grinning and enjoying every second❤

The part for the glutes/bum is extremely challenging, but I've been doing this whole workout since December and it 1. gets easier with time and 2. give FANTASTIC results!! Great workout, thanks Simone and Sweaty Betty!! ♥ ♥ ♥

Honestly- this routine is so awesome, excellent for when you can't get to your gym. make you feel like a million bucks, body by simone knocks it out of the park, EVERY single time!!!!!
I just wanted to thank you for posting this workout. I can almost do it with out stopping midway and keeling over. Simone is fun and entertaining and she mixes it up enough to keep it challenging and never boring or repetitive! Go Simone.

I absolutely looooovveee this workout! I got discouraged at first because I didn't get through the whole thing, but by the third day I tried it, I was able to get through all the moves!! Thank you guys so much, it was fun and I'm definitely going to continue pushing through the workout.

i have been out of shape for a few months, since december. and this workout kicks your butt!!! i will try it again and see if i can get better and stronger from it. 40 minutes is perfect. an hour is too long, who has the time? and 30 minutes is not enough... so this workout is perfect!!! thanks so much. love sweaty betty.

Wow!!! I have done some Simone's workouts before, but this one is my favourite, it is so powerful, she keeps moves very simple, she is so positive and energetic all the way through, counts the moves and really motivates to squeeze those muscles, and cardio is combined with sculpting, it is great!!! i love Simone!!! thanks!

A day after doing this workout (and only this workout), my calves are the most sore they have ever been. My abs and butt, too, but I love that soreness. Definitely looking forward to keeping up with the girls in the video. They totally make it look easy!

Hey Kerri-Louise, just spotted your reply. Yes love the workout too :-) I haven't found the workout bulking my legs. If anything it's definitely toned them especially the back of my legs. The leg raises are killer! Only thing missing is something to work the waist and tummy ;-)
that's good it hasn't bulked your legs :) some workouts do, omg the leg workout feel the burn my opposite leg shakes haI keep thinking has this section finished yet lol,, yeah some do have waist and tummy sections, I'm jiggered after them few :)
