For anybody needing some encouragement, this works!:) I did it from December-April and I lost 40 lbs and there are HUGE differences in my body (especially in my arms and stomach). I’ve decided to move on from this because it’s getting too easy for me, and I want to focus more on strength training, but this was an amazing start to my fitness journey. I was once struggling so hard on this, so if you want to give up, remember that you are more than capable!:) hope this helps at least one person🙂
@@nadiamudeli2405 Hi! I was doing it anywhere between 3-5 times a week depending on my energy level. I’d say my average would be 4 times a week on most weeks (with something like a day of rest in between each workout, since I have sensitive knees and can’t over work them lol). You don’t have to do 5 times a week if that sounds like too much. It’s always something you can work yourself up to! The only thing that matters is that you’re consistent. Oh, and thank you!(:
Small tip: If you feel like giving up, just act like you're also one of the girls in the video, cause you can't mess up in a workout that's going to be shown to millions of people lol
My 1st time: 26 min My 2nd time: 26: 33 min My 3rd time: 40 min (-3lbs) My4th time: 20min My 5th time: finished workout My 6th time: finished workout My 7h time (after a pause): 26 min. My 8th time: 18:57
Needed a few pauses here and there, but this is killer. I absolutely love this. Congrats to everyone, no matter if you did 5, 20 or 45 minutes, I'm proud of you! Great job everyone!
I found this workout about 2 years ago when I was determined to finally change my habits and start losing weight. I worked out for an hour a day with a bunch of different Popsugar workouts and started paying more attention to what I was eating. Two years later and I've lost around 90 pounds (approx. 40kg)! I realised that slow and steady was so much more satisfying than a quick burnout. It may not have been overnight, but I still reached my goal! I love these workouts, they've helped me so much! I must have done this one over 50 times now, the energy of the trainers is fantastic and 'the sweat is real'!
OH my gosh! So proud of you for sticking with working out for the long haul! That's so much harder to do than a quick tune-up every now and again, you should be proud of yourself :) You've created some awesome habits. I hope you're doing well!!
UPDATE: 1 year ago I posted a comment saying I lost 10 lbs in a month doing this workout and now I’ve lost even more. Initially before I started working out to this I weighed 150 lbs and now I weigh 117 lbs. I feel the healthiest I’ve ever been and this workout has blessed me with nice and big muscles haha. If anyone right now is thinking about losing weight, this is a great workout for losing weight and at the same time gaining muscle :) YOU can do it :) Good luck 🍀 ❤️
Lidia Huerta i did it at least 5 days a week and limited myself to 1500 calories then to 1600, 1700 ect.. calorie intake depends on what you normally eat though
I started doing it a month back and I was never able to complete the entire 45 mins but today after a month I completed , I’m so proud of myself and this workout is crazy man
I just turned 13 in June and I'm 5'3 and I weighed 160 around march, I started realizing that I was bigger than all my friends and I went through tough times saying I couldn't do it and I cried a lot, but by April I was working out, eating healthy and only drinking water, nothing else, this benefited me by losing 10 pounds. I found out about this exercise 3 or 4 weeks ago and I've done this workout everyday since then, I now have lost 4 lbs, for my whole life I've always had to wear a large or an extra large and I still never looked slim, but now I feel like I have a chance to change all of that. Sorry for the long paragraph, I just wanted to get it out lmao.
so glad u posted this cuz im a beginner and im going to do this and was already starting to doubt myself lmao but this made me gain a little more confidence
Note to self : You didn't work out for an entire week and then up until Wednesday the next week and you felt really bad about it, you decided that the 2nd week is almost over anyways so you might as well not work out for 2 weeks. You've also thought to yourself that you've been eating a lot the past week. You've gained weight. Despite all that, You managed to pull yourself out of your slump and worked out for 45 minutes, the entirety of this video, you should be fucking proud of yourself, because I'm fucking proud if you gurl. Don't get too caught up with the 180 min workout per week. Even if you only do 30 minutes per day it's good enough, you have to slowly build your consistency again, consistency is key, you don't have to kill it every workout. Jeannette is such a motivational person. You can do this shit. Fuck what anyone else thinks
You're never gonna be enough for everyone. With every person that tells you you need to lose more weight there's another that says you're okay just the way you are. You will never, ever, be able to please every walking being on this earth. YOU are ENOUGH. You're skinny enough, you're pretty enough, you're smart enough, you're kind enough, you're GOOD ENOUGH. You are fucking enough just as you are NOW, not back then, not in the future. YOU ARE ENOUGH.
“God made me that way”. And there are a lot of people that are glad about that. I’m 70 years old and started doing your workout 4 times a week about two months ago. When I first started I had to pause it 7 times and take a 2 min break. Made sure to time them. Now I’m down to 3 2 min breaks. I can also hold the Warrior even a little longer cause it feels so good. Now I’m working in keeping up with you on the burpees So this grandpa is gettin janxed up in here and very thankful. I’m glad all my martial arts training is still in there. Muscle memory it’s real. Your workout reminds me of the boxing, karate and Muy Thai workouts I did 40 years ago,,you got a nice left hook too.Old folks like me need to keep moving their bodies in space to keep their joints healthy and strengthen their balance. The one legged work you do is so good for older folks. I’d like to see a strength/cardio workout if you have one. Definitely need adequate rest breaks with a reasonable weight to build muscle. But keep the faith and know you’re spreading the seeds of life
In addition to my daily walks, I have been doing this workout three times a week during Covid while my gym is closed. Using light weights durning the kick box segment, and not modifying. Burning calories! Thank you so much! I feel like I won't be so out of shape when everything reopens. (Also, I am a 58 year old grandma and I work out every day. This IS your grandma's workout!)
I've been doing this workout about 4-5 times a week with a 20 min video and strength training every other day for about a month and a half (took a week off for vacation) and have lost 21 pounds! I started at 268 and now am 247! For anyone just starting out - I started my weight loss journey doing Ai Lee Syarief's 20 min strong by zumba video about 5 times a week. This was a lot easier to start out with, as 20 minutes seems a lot less daunting than 45 minutes. It was still soooo hard the first couple times and I could barely keep up with modified version. But, I kept working at it and it slowly got easier and easier and in a couple weeks I could keep up with the advanced version! I felt so proud to be able to keep up with these super fit women at my size! At that point I wanted to challenge myself even more and started doing this workout and it was rough at first haha. Just go at your own pace, pause the video if you need to, and remember that these women are incredibly fit and have done this workout so many times. The important thing is that you're doing it! A tip that has worked for me is that if you're lacking motivation and spending time before a workout asking yourself "do I really have to do this today? what does it hurt if I skip today?" Don't even think about it! If you think about it too much you'll end up talking yourself out of it. Just put on your workout gear and go. p.s. for reference, I'm now 247 and 5'5 and wearing my apple watch doing the High Intensity Interval Training workout, I burn about 600-650 calories.
Been doing this workout 4 times a week for a month and a half while intermittent fasting. I lost 15 kg thanks to this ♥ If any of ya'll are willing to lose weight, now is the time during quarantine ~
Sun-E Official 7 pounds wow! I’m definitely gonna try this then I wanna try to loose weight😳 kudos to you for keeping up with everything and working hard
Guys i just finished my first month of doing this exercise! I started August 30th and now it's September 30th. I havs lost 10.5 LBS or 4.7Kg! Honestly it is so worth and i feel so much more healthier. If you want to do this then go for it because you can do it! Thank you popsugar for this amazing exercise ❤
May I know how much do you do this workout? And did you do any diet or something?? I wanna loose 2 kilos in one month... so if you have any tips based on experience I would so grateful 😣🙏 that nickname tho 😂 Jhoooopeeee 💜🌞🌼🌻
I can’t imagine what my parents think is happening in my room when I’m doing this workout. Sounds like he I’m about to bust through the roof every time I jump.
I find myself always coming back to this workout. It makes me sweat like crazy but the moves are great, there's no constantly getting on the floor and then getting up again, and all the moves can be easily done in a super small space which is so convenient. Love it.
I found this video in 2021 after weight gain from lockdown. Did most of these exercises almost everyday with dedication for 30-45 mins. With proper calorie intake and these exercises (and sometimes other pop sugar videos) in 3 1/2 - 4 months, I was able to fit back in to my size 4 dresses. Then I stopped because I got lazy. No excuse for that. I am now following this video again and it kicked my ass within 15 mins. I will continue until my body adapt to these exercises again because I know it worked for me. Consistency is the key, and you will definitely lose body fat! Don’t give up! Thank you Jeanette and team!

About two years ago, I did this workout every single day. Within three months, I was doing this workout with ankle and wrist weight, lost 15lbs, and had a legit six-pack. Unfortunately, I stopped working out and started eating too much comfort food (got caught up studying for my MCAT hahaha). That being said, THIS IS THE BEST WORKOUT ON UA-cam. It may or may not burn "500 calories" but this is the best toning workout I have ever come across. It tones and strengthens every part of your body. Currently restarting my fitness journey, and I had to start it with this workout. I did have to pause a few times but already feeling sore and I love it!
I used to do this workout all the time a couple years ago too. I lost weight and saw improvement in my physical ability as well. I'm still working on my fitness journey and I wish the best of luck to you!
That's great to know. I love all of Jeanette Jenkins workouts, shes so encouraging. I found I started to give myself a hard time when I needed to pause and get my breath but actually she points out that you should be proud of yourself for turning up and getting through it no matter how long it takes. Some days I can get all the way through and sometimes I cant. Usually dependant on how much sleep I've had, what my attitude is like and if my muscles are still hurting from a previous workout! Be proud that you turned up, and if you just keep turning up things will improve and you will change. So good to see all the encouragement on here too. xx
Anybody else starting today?? I just did it and OMG am I out of shape. I was so sure I wasn't going to be able to finish it but hey yeah I did the whole thing. So proud!! If I can do it YOU can too!!! Can't wait to do it again tomorrow. I love Jeanette, she is great and girl... she made me sweat!!
@@shada1278 I've lost 6 pounds on these last 3 weeks. I'm going slowly but surely. I have very bad experiences with rapid weight loss and I don't want to bounce back. I've lost a total of 13 pounds since the beginning of June. It's getting harder now but I know I'm also building a bit of muscle so I'm quite happy with the results.
Alright so I have 6 weeks of staying home bc of corona virus, and I’m gonna do this everyday because I can’t go to my local gym. I’m 175 and I started at 203, trying to get to 160 in this 6 weeks! Keep you updated every week
I tracked on my Fitbit and burned exactly 500 calories! This workout was so challenging, but the instructor was super encouraging. I’ll definitely be doing this one more often!! 💪🏽😅
It promised 500 calories, I burnt 431, only because I'm as lazy as it gets and skipped a few minutes breathing HARD. Still, i have never burnt that much calories ever! Let me tell you this workout is amazing! Been trying to keep fit for months and this was the extra push i needed. Have never felt my core and abs tightening as much as this last 45 minutes of my life. Definitely adding this to my workout scheme. Well done ladies!
I’ve been doing this workout and the 600 calorie one since January and im in the best shape of my life. Like there’s an actual 6 pack forming. I love this woman!!!
@@peterveen69 everyday, alternating with the 600 calories workout (in my case) This workout really helps to burn fat. I always start doing this one and when I loose the weight I would like or fat and start seeing muscles. I then start doing workouts focused in abs or legs, arms ❤️ Hope it helps
I LOVE this workout! Can’t bring myself to do a different one yet lol I’ve lost 75 pounds since November. 31 more to go! I usually burn anywhere between 390-420 calories during this workout. I do it daily!
I normally don't believe thumbnails when they say "burn this many calories in whatever minutes!" because often it's clickbait but my watch says 476 so yay! close enough
I am so thankful to all of you for bringing you're skills and talents to the average person. I'm not a celebrity, I don't have the funds to hire a personal trainer, especially not a trainer who trains celebrities. So for you to put this here for all of us is amazing! Thank you all so much! We all deserve to feel amazing, and you help all people get there.
I am 12 years old I weighed 196 pounds and my height was 5’4 ,I cried because this was the most weight I’ve ever gained .. I was depressed everytime I saw my body , that’s why I had to be homed school because I didn’t want to go to school fat ! :( , so at one point in my life I gave up I closed myself in my room and almost tried suicide, but then I thought about the people around me , my family they love me and I love them too and I don’t want them to suffer when I’m dead , so I kept my head up and exercised , I ate healthy, nothing but pure green tea and water , I lost over 75 pounds and I’m so happy now 😭 I’m just letting you guys know you can do this !
Your story is just like mine. I was wearing a size 18 when I was 13, and I decided to get healthy. I lost 75 lbs and have always been health consious ever since. I am 31, with 3 kids and keep my weight around 140 lbs(A good weight for me). I workout 4-6 days a week, and I feel so good and strong! So dont get discouragedif you ever gain some back.. I went back and forth with my weight throughout pregnancies, but you can keep it off if your determined! Good Job on the weight loss!!!
I am 14 years old and Weigh 185 pounds and I’m 5’2 and I cry to every time I see my body too I want to lose weight but it’s hard but now I want to try my best
Girl, I'm 17 right now and I weigh 137lbs. I was in your exact same situation when I was in 7th grade, trust me, I know it feels like shit falling into such a hard depression. I discovered the vegan diet transitioning into my 8th grade year and I was able to lose close to 40 pounds over the summer with veeery little exercise, and when I saw the results, I was hooked!!!!! Maintaining the vegan diet (strictly whole foods with a bit of wiggle room for some treats every now and then) was extremely difficult for me because of my ADHD, which controls my hunger impulses (that had led me to flip flop between eating disorders in previous years with starving myself and binging), and it made staying consistent with the diet a not so easy task. I fell so hard from the wagon at the end of my 8th grade year, and I allowed myself to become weak minded and I put myself in an unhealthy relationship (I had two unhealthy relationships, one in my 9th grade year that lasted 11 months, and another in my 10th grade year that lasted 1 year and 6 months) with not just another person, but with my own mind. I allowed myself to believe that I was incapable of climbing my way out of my own hell. Keep in mind that although I had a physical fitness class in my 9th grade year, I was in a relationship with a person that stopped me from mental growth, and I didn't learn anything that would help benefit me nor the people around me. I was able to lose the weight I gained over the summer transitioning from 8th grade in that gym class in 9th grade. I knew that I looked good on the outside, but my brain wasn't healthy at all. Forward to my 10th grade year; no gym class and another unhealthy relationship. Can you guess where I ended up?; back at square one, lost and confused. Again, I allowed myself to believe that I was not capable of moving past my insecurities and I reached the point of almost giving up. I gained more weight from when I was taking hormonal birth control and I could say that I reached my breaking point after gaining my weight back (my highest ever recorded was 178lbs, lowest ever recorded was 130, but my weight at that point was 160lbs) and I saw that I was 160lbs. Something in my head clicked around March of this year. I needed to take action immediately. I wanted to work out and to be able to run by myself without my jealous and iron handed boyfriend, but I couldn't. He was holding me back, but I ran in secret and I kept that motivation there with me and I have not dropped it since April 17, 2018. The only things that I have dropped are the 23 pounds (and still counting) that I let go from my body AND my MIND! It's not just your physical goals that should count towards your progress, you need to accept the fact that change is going to happen, and as these changes occur, you need to learn to adapt and learn from those said changes so that you can build a healthy, functional, logical, and sustainable mindset that not only helps you, but the people around you. Take the time every day to look at yourself and have a period of self reflection in which you ask yourself questions, develop rational steps to achieving solutions to your every day problems, so that you can start the next day with new goals set in mind with the belief that you CAN achieve ANYTHING when you ALLOW yourself to ACCEPT that POSITIVE CHANGE will happen as long as YOU put your own FAITH and TRUST within your own METHODS! Only then will you grow mentally and develop physically while gaining a sense of appreciation and gratitude for the life and freedom that you have been given. Use that freedom to the best of your ability to help not only you, but other people around you, and spread the knowledge and wisdom of having a healthy and positive outlook on life. Know that you CAN DO ANYTHIIIIIIING!!!!!!!!! Being capable does not mean you have to sacrifice your interests; work with yourself and consult yourself for your own advice before seeking a second opinion. In your kindest regards, Camryn, a budding change-maker for the world.
Started doing this workout end of January 2021 about 5 times a week and I'm down 60lbs! Plateaued at 50 and switched to the 600 calorie video. This works! I'm always drenched afterwards
From a PT student perspective, I love how she is also educating people on the what the muscles do and how to stretch them! You can tell how passionate she is about fitness!
I started by taking 2-3 breaks in the workout and now I do the entire workout n take just a single break and i hv come to a point where just this one video is not enough for me I feel the need to do more , YOU CAN DO IT TOO !!!! I swear you’re goona feel amazing once you do it. Don’t give up, you got this honey! you’re doing great
Hey, I’ve been doing this workout for about 2 weeks now. I’ve already lost about 8 pounds in combination with a healthy diet. I don’t recommend doing this workout everyday, but what I did was one day doing the whole 45 minute workout and the next day only 25. This really helped because I noticed that when I did the whole 45 minute workout everyday It got harder for me. But doing this method made it way easier for me. This is a great workout for weightloss but I recommend drinking a lot of water and having a healthy diet for good results.
Faith Lozano I usually had oatmeal for breakfast and a big bowl of fruit with soy joghurt for lunch and for dinner I usually had something like a salad with rice and a veggie burger. I did have snacks sometimes but I made sure to control my portions. I also made sure to drink at least 3 cups of green tea every day.
Such an honest review. I think sometimes we need to take some "us" time and not push ourselves too hard but also take a day where we push to our max. It's about challenging the body but also knowing when to care for it too.
Ok so for the 2 people who liked my comment I just thought I’d update you guys and say I’ve been doing this workout everyday for like 3 weeks except for maybe these 2 days I skipped. I’ve also been doing Alexis Ren’s ab workout and Holly Dolk’s arm workout. Honestly I can see my abs coming through so I highly recommend this workout along with some strength workouts as well!
Simge Cayirtepe don't do the same workout every time! Your muscles have memory so they get used to the movements and so you're not working as hard as you could be!
I'm doing the most of the exercises right now. One month ago I finished the chemio therapy and I'm beating breast cancer. Thank you for this useful exercises.❤
@@iminutopia8866 I was on a diet but I cheated a lot. what matters is constantly and staying active and trying to keep a healthy lifestyle. I make an effort and made a change.
I've lost 25 pounds in a month exercising on her workout. I WENT FROM 185 - 160 and I'm FEELING AMAZING 🥰. Let me just say...... Crop tops, biker shorts and skinny jeans HERE I COME! 😁
Omg that’s amazing. I was thinking of doing just her videos for a few weeks - just the ones she has on popsugar and see if I get any results. Thanks for sharing your experience. Definitely motivates me to keep going.
I've been doing this vid 2x a week for about a month and today was the first time I was able to do it start to finish with absolutely no modifications! Feelin' like I could kick some serious butt rn 💪🏼👊🏼
I did this for the first time, and from a person with v minimum HIIT experience, I almost died. My legs became stiff halfway through and I had a hard time trying to lift my legs up for most workouts. I'm a pear shape body so most of my weight is in my lower body and it is v frustrating because I feel like I cannot do the workouts properly. I had a few melt downs here and there but I managed to grit my teeth all the way through. To anyone who is having similar experience, PLS DON'T GIVE UP. Take it at your own pace but also try your best to push through. D2: Took a break because my arms and legs were so sore lol. D3: I paused a few times every 15 mins interval to calm down my breathing as I was feeling a little nauseas but I consider today a success because I lasted until the end and I did not break down at all! D4: Break again. D5: Did it! I already notice that my legs, arms and belly appear slimmer as compared to when I first started which was just 5 days ago and I'm not even doing this workout every day. 16/03: Gonna update in actual dates instead of day number because I took more than a day worth of break and I lost track lol, anyway today is day 1 of my period and I was having bad cramps. I was going to skip the workout but glad that I didn't because it really helps with cramps haha.
Today was my second day of doing this and since I was familiar with all of the moves I was able to burn a little bit more.I burned 380 active calories and 448 total calories.
I was looking for a workout with modifications, because I have a physical disability and can't follow high-impact/high intensity well. I found this, played it at 75% normal speed, and followed the low-impact girl. I had to make further modifications in some places, but could keep up pretty well with most of the exercises and work on form. I've been using a few videos, but keep coming back to this one, it's so much fun. I'm going to try it at normal speed soon!
I’ve had this video saved for months without doing it but I recently tried it and now I’m hooked. It’s really hard, especially with asthma and other health issues, but the results are almost immediate. I swear after just two workouts I noticed changes in my body. I plan to stick with this workout for at least the summer. I’ve already gone down one size in clothing and this will help me continue to lose weight.
5'6 ft 120lbs ----> according to fitbit charge 2 I burned around 380 cal + the after burn effect felt so roughly 430. Just wanted to drop this, maybe it's useful to someone.
I'm 5'4 and 122 and burned 280, according to my fitbit. I don't do any of the low impact modifications, all high impact. I don't know how people burn 500.
Nazig Tchakarian How Many calories you burn depends on gender, weight and muscle mass. Being male Burns more calories and the more you weigh and the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. Hope it answered your “question” :)
30th July 2021. My current weight is 85kg. I completed this exercise in 1 hour and 45 minute. Pause in between. I'm sweating buckets!! I'm proud of myself. You go gurllll...
@@melvaughn29 Exercise is a BIG help to losing weight.... IF you change your diet. As the article you linked says, people tended to eat more after exercise because the exercise made them tired and hungry, and they moved around less. THAT is why the people in the studies and examples referenced didn't lose much weight. It's not exercise itself that undermines the weight loss, it's the behaviours people commonly take after exercising. The article itself concludes: "don't expect to lose a lot of weight by ramping up physical activity ALONE." In order to lose weight, you need to change your diet and general daily habits. Exercise can help (there's a reason that millions of people have lost weight with exercise), but it's exercise along with a diet and lifestyle change that leads to weight loss. Some people also lose weight without exercising at all, simply due to their diet/lifestyle changes.
I've loved this workout for years, but earlier this year I developed FAI and a labral tear so had to stop running and became fearful of even these type of workouts so i've really only been biking, climbing, and FAI specific strength training...hasn't been enough or even mentally fulfilling. Did this again today but stuck with mostly low impact modifications and much lower side kicks with success! Thank you as always Popsugar!
@@gav9414 This is a pretty extreme workout to do every day (for me), because I am a beginner. I've done this twice in 2 months. Mainly Ive been doing a lot of Madfit Dance Workouts :) they are a lot of fun
I am going to chronicle my weightloss in this comment session. My starting weight is 82kg, height 164cm, 25 year old female. I will do a weekly check in with my new weight. Also going to cut major soda, sugar and eat a deficit of 400 calories everyday. I will do this workout five days a week. Looking forward to losing 20kg in 6 months. Fighting!
came back to this about a month ago. I have lost 6kg so far through exercising and dieting. I am on a deficit of 500 calories daily and I walk minimum of 6,000 steps daily
I already lost 11 kg(24 pounds) > it took me 4 months < with this workout. I'm doing it 3x times a week(except cardio sculpt). amazing! I did mostly high impact, but depends on my feelings. I need to lose more weight, I'll update this!! >>> It took me about 4 months to lost it. I ate about 1300 - 1350 calories a day. I did only this exercise without cardio sculpt part + sometimes 1 hour walks :) It works really great. I still have to lost at least 8 kg, so I guess I will combine this workout with "Jumping jacks workout" from Adrian Bryant. I will update this, I hope at February I will have 132 lbs(60 kg), right now I my weight is 149 lbs(68 kg). I wanna motivate more people, YOU CAN FUCKING DO THIS. kill that workout. I'm sure you have your motivational reasons why to lose weight. Mine are that I want to be singer so bad and you know, I just have to be slim to do it:) It's not always easy. Some days you're tired to death, you wanna binge, just fuck everything and everyone, you have bad moods, you don't wanna exercise AT ALL, maybe you don't wanna exist anymore. That's absolutely normal during weight loss, I'm sure. But you have to breath, maybe drink some water and remind yourself why you started. And once you will can say "I DID IT! I KILLED IT! I'M PROUD!" My biggest motivation is Ariana Grande and Michael Jackson, I love to sing their songs and they both worked so so hard to be successful. I just wanna look good in dress during the show, so I have to work for it. + At summer I finally wanna look good in swimsuit, I love fashion. Also Eminem is my big inspiration, I also come from poor family like him. Btw. during the three years of my life I lost 55 pounds by doing HIIT and eating 1300 calories. I'm 5'7. That's all I can say :) 17/7/2019: lol hi I'm back. I'm 62 kg now. And I want to lose more weight cuz I still look like a potato.
kindly tell us more update are u doing only this exercise or u combined with another exercise what about diet how long does it take to lose 11kg. kindly reply I need motivation I have started doing it 2days
It's a hard work but it's worth it. Better body better life. You can do it, don't think about it too much, it can be fun:)
Hi, I am doing this workout for the last 2 months..i wanted to get rid of my post pregnancy weight.in the initial days I took one and a half hour to complete it. But slowly my stamina rose and today I could do the entire workout within in 55 minutes. And I tell u it has done wonders...I do not skip even a single day. I hv got tremendous inch loss. It has given me a new vision and has boosted my self esteem. I am a winner. Want to thanks popsugar family and also Jeanette Jenkins. Thanks a lot for changing my life, today, I am more confident n energetic.
Himani Choudhary That's awesome!! Congratulations! How did you maintain interest? I start with a lot of energy but then lose interest and give up. Also, did you only do this workout or any other as well? How many inches did you lose?
Patience n dedication is my answer. With the course of time I find the exercise more easy. Having a glass of hot water early in the morning and after meals will all the more help u in burning fat.
Himani Choudhary this is really encouraging for me thank you😩I’m going to start doing this and I know for a fact I won’t be able to do it all right away, but reading positive comments really inspire me to keep doing it until I can do it all. I don’t consider myself fat or anything but definitely not thin lol. I mainly want to just tone up my body and maybe lose a few inches. But thanks for ur positive comment it really helps.
Himani Choudhary ....Most of the fitness tariners that I know of....they always say that if you keep doing one kind of workout routine for quite sometime, then the body gets used to it and there is not remarkable affect :(...is it?
I am so impressed with the results from doing this workout! Been doing it mon-fri for 2 weeks, so just 10 times now. I've lost 5lb weight(currently 56kg) my legs (especially outer thighs), arse and belly have toned SO much. I seriously wish I'd have taken a before photo just to show that it can really happen! It's pretty tireing at first but with each day you find more stamina and enjoyment 😁 the kicks are awesome! THANK YOU!
I keep coming back to Jeanette's classes. One of my top trainers on Popsugar. Please more 40 min classes with her! I also have to thank her really. She allows me to still move, sweat and get my cardio in despite my one bad foot from a recent accident. I am too much of a gym rat to not workout and moving helps my mental health and achy joints. It really means a lot, thank you, Jeanette 😁
This workout has been my best friend throughout my weightloss journey. From 91 kg, no im 73 kg. I lost 18kg. Thank you so much to this workout that ive reached my dream of loosing weight. I hope this will inspire other people to start working out not just through this workout but also other workout videos that are also amazing. consistency and discipline is the key.
Loved this workout. Got a good sweat and heart rate. Jeanete's enthusiasm made it fun and kept me going. This 66 year old "grandma" (with 2 artificial hips) did the first half of the class with two pound weights and the second half with 3 pound weights (except for power jumps). Yes, I do work out 5 days a week at a gym.
First few times I did this workout, i took so many breaks it took me twice as long to complete it. Now I can do pretty much all of Jeanette's moves without pausing the video-apart from the five tuckjumps, I simply do jumping jacks continuously during that section AND I actually enjoy and look and forward doing it! If I can do it, anyone can. Don't give up, its so worth it.
started this workout yesterday and am almost feeling a whole bucket with sweat. Janet is just a great coach. was motivated to finish the whole set. thanks. Need to loose like 100lbs before quarantine is over. THANKS again for the workouts.
I did it. I didn't always do it as intensively as i was supposed to, but hell, i was moving my ass for 45 minutes. I deserved that applause at the end.
Still my absolute favourite…I shed weight fast with Jeanette’s routines. I started watching her videos in August 2020… I was dropping a kilogram (2.2 pounds) a week. I was firming up and and my true form (hours glass) appeared. Then winter came and I gained 6 kilograms. Now I’m back coz I know Jeanette will do the trick.
creame crepe i don't count on it as an everyday workout, i do it once or twice a week with running weight training and yoga during the week. Don't keep doing this workout everyday cause your body will get used to it. Good luck xx
Hi i am 73 soon to be 74 and i did the workout using a few of your modifications. You are a great motivator and i feel wonderful after the workout. Keep using your gifts to help people of all ages who are trying to be fit and healthy. God bless you as you give for the benefit of others. By the way you and your team are exceptional.
I been doing this working for 4 months 4 to 5 days a week. And I can say it’s very effective . I lose weight and it tone my body . Thank you Pop Sugar .
Started this workout end of May 2018, did it almost every day for the first week then reduced to 5 days a week, I must admit the beginning was hard but believe me with time it gets easier. I have lost 2 kg and inches off my whole body especially off my thighs which was my aim. Thanks Jeanette for this great workout, it really works. If I can do it at the age of 50 then anyone can do it. Good luck guys 😊 will keep you all updated.
So i officially feel like i have gained weight during this quarentine and this video has inspired me to start a healthy eating habit again, and start working out regularly. So i can keep a body i love as I’m growing up.
First time I did this workout i took so many breaks that it took me twice as long to do it. Now I can do it without stopping the video at all. It does get easier, don't give up if you're just starting. Start off with doing all the modified moves that Casey does the first few times if you're not very fit, you're still working and burning calories
SERIOUSLY ONE OF THE BEST WORKOUTS ON UA-cam HANDS DOWN!!! YOU FEEL THE BURN AND YOUR BODY ACTUALLY WORKING OUT!! YOU WILL BE SWEATING BUCKETS. SO SATISFYING , THANK YOU!! 🙌🏼🤗🥰
I started this workout on December 2017 and after 5 months of workout I lost 17 lbs.... I did this workout 2-3 times a week and 1 day dance cardio of pop sugar. I would workout around noon and have lunch immediatly after my workouts as I would be super hungry. Thank you so much for this amazing channel pop sugar, it helped me out a lot.

Good job!! how many time per week were you doing it please? thanks
@@pamelandumbi Many thanks, I will follow your advice :-)

I found this workout about 2 years ago when I was determined to finally change my habits and start losing weight. I worked out for an hour a day with a bunch of different Popsugar workouts and started paying more attention to what I was eating.
Two years later and I've lost around 90 pounds (approx. 40kg)!
I realised that slow and steady was so much more satisfying than a quick burnout. It may not have been overnight, but I still reached my goal!
I love these workouts, they've helped me so much! I must have done this one over 50 times now, the energy of the trainers is fantastic and 'the sweat is real'!
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Congrats!
Congratulations on your success!!my goal is 45 lbs so were all in this struggle hustle together
Exactly 🙌 same here!! Keep going you guys it really works!!
How many nights a week did you do it?
How many calories a day do you eat ?

Note to self :
You didn't work out for an entire week and then up until Wednesday the next week and you felt really bad about it, you decided that the 2nd week is almost over anyways so you might as well not work out for 2 weeks.
KpopManiac4Life I agree..
Actually in any area of life, consistency is the key.

Now I’m working in keeping up with you on the burpees
So this grandpa is gettin janxed up
in here and very thankful.

She is a very positive and energetic girl. I don't understand everything they say, because I am from Russia. But their energy does not let me stop!

Ive done the same thing with the weights...this is my go to! I do it 2x a week usually with other pop sugar workouts.

So good to see all the encouragement on here too. xx

This is a great workout for weightloss but I recommend drinking a lot of water and having a healthy diet for good results.
what did you eat for your healthy diet ?
Faith Lozano I usually had oatmeal for breakfast and a big bowl of fruit with soy joghurt for lunch and for dinner I usually had something like a salad with rice and a veggie burger. I did have snacks sometimes but I made sure to control my portions. I also made sure to drink at least 3 cups of green tea every day.
Great! Thanks for sharing💕
Such an honest review. I think sometimes we need to take some "us" time and not push ourselves too hard but also take a day where we push to our max. It's about challenging the body but also knowing when to care for it too.
Been doing this workout now for 8 days! It’s seriously one of the best workouts I’ve ever tried! If you want me to update just let me know.
Updates?

please tell me did this workout help you lose weight ?
Are u still doing this and losing any weight?

Thanks for the tip! I didn't know you could slow down the playback speed.
the slower speed is a great idea! I can't quite keep up with the speed they go because I'm uncoordinated. Maybe I'll try it at 75% next time.
I be in pain to just start with mild walk first then do that
I’ve had this video saved for months without doing it but I recently tried it and now I’m hooked. It’s really hard, especially with asthma and other health issues, but the results are almost immediate. I swear after just two workouts I noticed changes in my body. I plan to stick with this workout for at least the summer. I’ve already gone down one size in clothing and this will help me continue to lose weight.

The article itself concludes: "don't expect to lose a lot of weight by ramping up physical activity ALONE."
In order to lose weight, you need to change your diet and general daily habits. Exercise can help (there's a reason that millions of people have lost weight with exercise), but it's exercise along with a diet and lifestyle change that leads to weight loss. Some people also lose weight without exercising at all, simply due to their diet/lifestyle changes.

I'm 5'7. That's all I can say :)
