    As a norwegian, I never see anyone cover norwegian cases, but now that I know you've done one, I was wondering if you could cover the case of Birgitte Tengs for your next norwegian one? My Mamma was murdered when I was 19 and her killer only served two years for negligent homicide, when the Crime Scene cop said he had enough evidence for first degree murder. He is rich so he got away with it. It caused the most messed up trauma ever for me and my brothers. My youngest brother was 9 and he found her body. I hate the “justice” system sometimes.

    I think those convicted did it. Those first assassination attempts were very sloppy. They don't exactly scream professional hitman. As someone who worked for hospital consultants who treated cancer cases, I don't see how any medical professional could mistake poisoning for cancer. Some forms of cancer are very aggressive and sadly can kill very quickly. It's usually those with the biggest motive and they had the motive. Plus the magazine and wires were traced back to them. It's so sad that anyone can do this to their own family but it happens and people are more likely to be killed by people they know. I would love to hear about more Norwegian cases xxxx

    . I just got to thinking today that my cousin by marriage would be a case you might like to look into . His case is still one of the most watched forensic files episodes. Season 5 episode 12 . His name is Collier Landry . He recently made a documentary about what happened to him as a kid called “a murder in Mansfield “. He has made it his mission in this part of his life to help as many people as he can who have dealt with what he has . I think it would be cool to bring awareness to what others deal with in the aftermath of murder .

    I'll go with the simple explanation. Those convicted were the murderers. Greed was the motive for Per and Veronica. It's difficult to determine what the motives for the other two were (maybe they were promised a piece of land on the farm) and the extent to which they were involved. They all lied so much that none of the participants were credible, although in an odd way Kristin comes across as the most "honest."

      I had a really good laugh at this theory. I do remember Serbia in 1999, and later years, and if the Serbian mafia really wanted them dead, they would kill them in the first go. They wouldn't fail as many times as it was mentioned in this case. Also, if I understood correctly, there were no attempts to kill them during their years in the USA, which basically means someone targeted them only in Norway. It doesn't really make sense to follow them from Serbia to Norway, and then wait till they come back.

    • @maggiekarabel123

      It's a well-known fact that Kristin Kirkemo, one of the four convicts, had contacts with ex-Yugoslavian criminals in Oslo. For many it's not an unreasonable theory that criminals within her circle might be involved, even though the real motive for the murders might lie elsewhere.

    • @orderudmysterier
      @orderudmysterier 2 роки тому

      @@maggiekarabel123 The perpetrators brought two guns to the scene of the crime. That proved to be sufficient to murder three people. However it's interesting to note that one of the guns was used more sparingly and effectively, hitting the victims in the chest. If there were two murderers, that seems to imply one of them were better trained in the use of weapons.

    Right before my great grandparents died, some ppl from their church had secretly gained power of attourney and used it to will the farm to them. They spent around 80% of the estate, took almost everything that wasnt nailed down and sold it, and the legal battle took about 10 years. Then, my grandma inherited the farm. When she eventually died, she had originally willed the farm to my mom and my aunt 50/50 split. But, my aunt pulled the same trick and spent about 80% of what remained of the estate.
    The legal battle between my mom and my aunt took around 5 to 6 years. My mom finally got her split. But by that point, there was basically nothing left to inherit. And this was a small farm that wasn't worth a lot of money compared to big ones. And that's what happens with family farms in the US.
    It's not just plausible, but 100% believable to me that they murdered over the farm. I have seen it happen time and time again in the farmland area where our farm was.
