This is the best! I was getting my 10,000 steps a day constantly for the last couple of years but I knew I needed more. However, even though I had a weight bench and free weights in my extra room, I couldn't get myself to use them. It just seemed overwhelming and like I was so out of shape, weak and what you would call skinny/fat? I didn't even want to start getting into long workouts again. It just seemed like I could never find the time. So I finally got sick of it and one day on August 23, I wrote on my calendar that I would commit to doing at least a 15 minute workout with weights for 100 days. Just to get myself into it and used to working out again. I am 63 years old and I used to workout regularly but sadly got out of it quite a few years ago. Well between my diet and doing these workouts every day (before I am aloud my morning coffee 😅) I swear I am beginning to see a slight change in my body's firmness. I am 5'3 and 1123lbs. Some days, if I feel up to it, I do a longer workout and some days I add on an abb workout, a glute workout and or a 15 minute stretch at the end. But for me it is working that I don't feel pressured like I have to do more if I don't want to. It's freeing actually! Somehow that makes me want to do more and gives me that feeling of success! If that makes any sense? Suffice it to say, I am so glad I found you and that I made that decision in August. My husband keeps saying he should do it too, and I explain to him, "you can do anything for 15 minutes! Just start there!" Hopefully he will soon! Thank you so much!! ❤ PS. boy do I enjoy that coffee! 😏❤
This will be interesting later....first 20 min workout, I was not my usual strong but did it, felt very strong yesterday for back and glutes/legs will a ? doing it later than usual. I remember what you say though, your best that day is your best, we aren't machines. My doctor told me to keep lifting heavier for my bones, they showed improvement last time and although older than you for sure (64) it does help you even more younger if you keep it up.

i just found you and love your workouts. i have trouble with my lower back hurting when i lay flat. i noticed you have something around your waist at your lower back that might help me. what is that. thanks❤
Hi Wendy! So glad you love the workouts! The belt I wear is just a fanny pack to keep my microphone transmitter dry from sweat. That's the only purpose for it. Unfortunately I don't have any recommendations for your lower back. Sorry! 💜
