Great video bro, ik pretty sure the new shallow runner double clutch replaced the presso minnows by the looks of it... Nice fish and way to show the lure in action, some beautiful looking fish in their. Depending on the day its always good to have plastics and hardbodys 👍🏼 Keep up the awesome work bro Tight lines 🎣
Cheers Mick! I still see the presso in some shops, might just be old stock on clearance though. I know a lot of blokes do well at that spot on plastics, especially on the redfin. Some big 40+ specimens too!
Hey mate it’s me again, I went out Sunday and tried using my 75mm double clutch and I’m finding it difficult to get it down deeper. For me it always just sits at the top of the water. Any tips?
Try and wind it in a little bit at first, that will get it down to it's operating depth. Just keep in mind that if you're using it in Saltwater that there is added buoyancy which will make it want to float to the top quicker than in freshwater where it typically suspends mid way in the water column
Yeah, it works on all Salmonidae that are predators that eat other fish. I would say that the Minnow lures are allround lures for predator fishing, you can catch all of them with the Minnow Double Clutch.
@@jordythebassist I am trying to figure out what the biggest fish caught at wurdi is, me and my friend may come close. he got a 69cm brown trout there a couple weeks ago. biggest I have ever seen.
Great video jordy great information about the lures. Keep sending them all ways great to watch them. See you on the water old charlie
Thanks mate! You should go up to Pykes and have a crack at the Trout, some bloody big ones there and not too far away
Great job with the tips and advice on how to use that lure and nice catch at the end. Well done!!!
Cheers Larry, it's a bloody good lure that I've used for a few years now. Nearly everything that predates will eat it

@@jordythebassist thanks man, much appreciated
Hey mate will a gold 75mm double clutch catch any rainbows?
I reckon it would as it would imitate a small Brown Trout quite well.

what is the biggest trout you have got at wurdi?
Hey Jimmy, 46cm is the biggest I've pulled from Wurdi. I've caught bigger trout at Pykes, one went 56cm and another went 58cm. Both Browns.
