That mission you went on was epic. I am not even playing I thought with those long range antennas you were Gonna go about 6000 maybe more. Well never despair. There was another guy he has those most insane mod you’d ever see on his remote transmitter it even has a separate battery. He got his solo to about 2.5 miles I bullshit you not. Keep up the good work I am behind ya.
Hey PJ you'll be happy to know this test was performed two years ago these antennas work flawlessly once you understand how to use them properly at the time I did not but now I can take mine out a couple miles with no issue no extra mods needed you should watch some of my newer content
Drone Worship The Revolution I am going to definitely watch your stuff alright hey do you have a ghost Ehang 2.0 I moded a 14.8 lipo it works but the app says battery error when it’s running meaning I can’t get the drone to work meanwhile it’s saying 15 volts makes no sense go figure. Lol any solutions

Open water will give you the best range but a heck of a place to have something go wrong unless you have a flotation device or pontoons. :) Thanks again for your video!

Beautiful scenery!!! Very impressed with that distance!!! Not impressed with that battery life tho, when it was hauling ass in Rth. That battery life went down fast!!! Still not bad tho!!! Great flight!!!
ive never been able to get more then 18 min on both brand new batteries. even after breaking em in. just degraded. im getting about 14 min flights now and only about 6 flights on each battery. but still an awesome aerial camera.
Have you done any dampening on the Gimbal? I did the ear plugs in the rubber mounting hole mod as well as some dampening material between the gimbal deck and the body of the Solo. I haven't had any vibration that I can see even at speeds above 20 mph.
great looking video I see what you mean by the gimbal Shake now when it flies fast my solo doesn't do that the bird is okay I think that right about your gimbal being bad upgrade to Master airscrew they much better
yes.. just need to keep it line of sight so you know where it is.. never know when you cant see what it sees. doesn't have to have a camera it just helps..

Nice long distance flight with the Solo, it did very well. I'm thinking picking up a Solo.
Lol this is an old school video I have now learned how to get the most out of the Wi-Fi and take the solo out easily 6 miles
@@IFixShet I mostly fly LOS so this range works for me. But I'll check out your more recent Solo video's.

Try using Moongel on your gimbal to help stabilize the gimbal and remove vibration.

What app are you using, is that solex? Nevermind see in the intro. But did you do the GPS mod?
