Thanks! I think I need to adjust the idle a bit to smooth it out even more. I'll upload a highway cruise video with the pump where it's at maybe this light cycle.
I love your truck. I have k20 I'm building into a 1 ton. I have a small block in it now but I'm just starting to build my 6.2. I have the block back from cleaning. Please post a build sheet video. This is 100 percent the proper way to build this engine. If you wanna help a guy out You'd rule.
I thought this was a truck Channel not pornography Channel cuz oh boy the look of that Motors doing something to me LOL JK JK but that is one gorgeous gorgeous engine
I got an 82 c30 with a 6.2 that I'm gonna have to rebuild pretty soon here, it's got a banks kit and j code intake already, what would you recommend for getting her a lil smoother and more powerful while she's taken apart?
Could put in a new Injection Pump or upgrade to a db2 4911. New Injectors, better fuel pump, filters and setup, upgraded Turbo, Intake, Exhaust ecr, ect... Go check out Quadstar Tuning online and you'll see all the performance eye candy you're wanting.
Fluctuates significantly due to how and where I drive. Lots of full throttle acceleration, lots of stop and go and high load & RPM hilly driving I do the most as well the truck has over a ton of weight in the bed so I get between 12-18mpg city/highway. It can go higher or even lower all depends on what the fuel is set @, what the wastegate is set @, how i drive, the oil I use, ambient temperature, how heavy the truck is, if i used fuel additives ect. But I drive my rig for fun not for fuel economy anymore. I traded economy for power and I like it.
Damn that is smooth as silk, would be nice to hear pulling a load. Like the copper BTW, nice touch.

What temp F thermostat are you running? My truck J code CUCV always runs 180-185 (on the electric guage) I was thinking 190-200 would be better?
195° Thermostat. Truck runs alot smoother, stronger and more efficient than when I had a 185° in.
How is mpg
