I am a Certified Gentle Yoga Instructor and our training was for chronic disease management of any kind. I was trained back in 2006 or 2007 but I just started a class back at our church and it has really helped me not only others. Being a diabetic I need all I can get. I learned so many new moves on this class. Take care !!❤❤
I suffer from arthritis, osteoarthritis, bursitis, and no cartilage in my left hip. I'm waiting for a hip replacement in April, and in the meantime, I've been looking for something besides muscle relaxers to help with some of this pain. This is definitely a HUGE help!!! It helped the tension in my whole body finally relax! I feel like a new person, and have someone in my corner until the surgery now! Thank you so much!❤❤

I have a broken foot. I can only do chair work outs. This was the most relaxing and de-stressing exercise I have found. My balance is off, and everything aches from the air boot I have to wear. My whole being seems to improve after these lovely movements. thank you for a beautifully soothing video. :)

Excellent! I am a cancer patient and suffer greatly from pain. Many of the positions were painful, but I just pulled back until the muscle relaxed. Thank you for your service. This video is very helpful.
thank you! I am a first timer, and have very little flexibility in lower body due to weight and rheumatoid arthritis. I feel energized, and to help with the leg lifting, may use a towel or sheet next time.
what a great idea about the sheet or towel, i have had multiple knee replacement surgeries on both knees and very limited mobility on the knee bending, so that may help a lot........... thanks for the idea.
I have Vertigo so bad I have to use a walker. I can do this chair yoga - I know it won’t help with Vertigo but hope no it will make me feel better. Finally cancer free but will always have Vertigo
This freshens my ligaments without exhausting me. I have the illness commonly, yet inadequately, known as chronic fatigue syndrome as well as fibromyalgia and complications.

It was a little confusing to understand when the yoga actuallt starts (1:40). Perhaps explaining the neck movements, then the intention to lead into the actual practice would be clearer.
