  • This gentle yoga sequence focuses on standing yoga poses and upper-body stretches. If you're looking for gentle yoga for cancer patients, this session is perfect for you. Move slowly and at your own pace, using a sturdy chair nearby for balance if needed.
In this session, you'll experience the benefits of strengthening your spine, improving flexibility, and enhancing balance. Remember, listen to your body and modify the poses as needed. Let's begin this journey together.
Standing yoga enhances balance and stability, improves posture and body awareness, relieves tension in the shoulders and back, and promotes relaxation and mindful breathing. Let's cultivate strength and flexibility together. Namaste.

Just what I need. I am recovering from a blood clot in my lung and I was looking for some gentle exercises to do now that the doctor says I need some physical activity. The pace is easy and everything is so simple anyone could do this. Thanks for posting!
