Since I my legs were injured by a horrible car accident. Now they have started healing. So I started taking baby steps towards my regime. And you lady , you are my motivator! I hope you never stop posting. And you are doing a good job. Motivation people to do something empowering.

+Klaudia Sokal depends entirely on how much you eat. what this does is change the muscle structure (and burn a few calories). so it won't necessarily make your thighs look slimmer, but it will make them like much better/healthier/stronger/tighter...etc. size is dependent on calorie intake

This one is fab for that. Any leg moves without weights really will only tighten and tone, and fat-blasting is achieved with cardio and HIIT - which I've got plenty of 😉❤️ Hope this helps?
Actually when you start blanks I totally failed and I couldn't do it. At all and just started to cry can you tell me away to makey self strong enough to do it and make a video of how to squat correctly
These look like useful videos, but do they actually slim your calves or make them bigger? Because I'm a sprinter and have big calves as it is, and I'm trying to slim them down. Is this a good video for that?

I already have really big thighs and I've been trying to slim them down for a couple of months now by doing ten mins of exercise three or four times a week but I cant find the right video. I am doing exercises for all of these. I am coupling this with a belly exercise and simple arm exercises (its a video I follow from eHow on toning arms. Only 2 min exercise but it is working).
Sorry For The late reply but you can find multiple videos.Do cardio 3-4 times a week for 15-20 mins and if you dont have a flat belly why dont you try a video to get rid of it? or some kind of workout for a specific body part☺It takes time dont be in a hurry

I did this workout two days back and since then my glutes and hamstrings' muscles are hurting like anything I can barely walk. What shall I do? 😟
Do some gentle stretches! :) Not too much if you are not warm first, you wouldn't want to pull a muscle.
