    I've been doing this for 3 weeks and have amazing results! I just had a baby a little over 2 months ago and this is exactly what I needed to tone my legs up! going to start the new year with adding a diet to it! thanks for a good workout that doesn't take a long time to do.

      SOH has a workout u can do with 40+ people and popsugar has ons too It s interval cardio and toning but has modifications.

    I found u as a UA-camr 1 year ago 13 and a ballet dancer I use your workouts as extra cardio and I have seen huge improvements in my body unlike blogilates I think u are the best fitness instructor on UA-cam keep on going

    I definitely can feel the burn, one of my favorite thigh workouts. I have some knee problems so leg/thigh workouts are bit difficult at times especially lunges and squats. Thanks Rebecca. Blessings!

    I love you so much! What would I do without you. I have been following you since your earlier xhit videos. The 10 minutes abs I did it for 30 days and lost like 3 inches. I stopped working out. Since I my legs were injured by a horrible car accident. Now they have started healing. So I started taking baby steps towards my regime. And you lady , you are my motivator! I hope you never stop posting. And you are doing a good job. Motivation people to do something empowering.

      Thigh work out for lossing fat that's what it said so what I am asking is this just for your Thigh or can you loss weight all over your body doing this work out and how long do I do this work out for before I see a difference in them

    Hi Rebecca! First of all I want to thank you for all your inspiring and great videos.
    Then I want to ask you how I´m supposed to have my hips when I do the next last pose for raising my leg? Am I doing it wrong if the hips are slightly tilted back? Im trying to get it "right" but i think I'm doing it aaaaaall wrong.... help?!

      +Klaudia Sokal depends entirely on how much you eat. what this does is change the muscle structure (and burn a few calories). so it won't necessarily make your thighs look slimmer, but it will make them like much better/healthier/stronger/tighter...etc. size is dependent on calorie intake

      This one is fab for that. Any leg moves without weights really will only tighten and tone, and fat-blasting is achieved with cardio and HIIT - which I've got plenty of 😉❤️ Hope this helps?

    Actually when you start blanks I totally failed and I couldn't do it. At all and just started to cry can you tell me away to makey self strong enough to do it and make a video of how to squat correctly

    These look like useful videos, but do they actually slim your calves or make them bigger? Because I'm a sprinter and have big calves as it is, and I'm trying to slim them down. Is this a good video for that?

    I did this workout two days back and since then my glutes and hamstrings' muscles are hurting like anything I can barely walk. What shall I do? 😟

      Do some gentle stretches! :) Not too much if you are not warm first, you wouldn't want to pull a muscle.

    Hi Rebecca. Does this workout make your thighs bigger? I already have really big thighs and I've been trying to slim them down for a couple of months now by doing ten mins of exercise three or four times a week but I cant find the right video. But when I do find a good video, even after a few weeks I cant see my thighs changing. Can you recommend anything or tell me what I'm doing wrong?

      They shouldn't but if u want slimmer calves type up how to get slim calves it's on the old channel it really works if you do it every day Rebecca also done that workout and Mabey run for about 40-30 minutes some days it worked for me I had big calves to

    Can anyone plz tell me that my whole body ( arms , thighs , belly ) has fat and I have no idea that which exercise I should do???? Some says do fitness exercises with cardio exercise and some says don't do cardio exercise!!!
    Now I'm thinking that I should focus on my that body part which has more fat that is thighs .Next will be my belly and then my arms. Is it right ?? So what should I do now !, I'm 16 . I'm a girl.

      I am doing exercises for all of these. I am coupling this with a belly exercise and simple arm exercises (its a video I follow from eHow on toning arms. Only 2 min exercise but it is working).

      Sorry For The late reply but you can find multiple videos.Do cardio 3-4 times a week for 15-20 mins and if you dont have a flat belly why dont you try a video to get rid of it? or some kind of workout for a specific body part☺It takes time dont be in a hurry
