So you can use sealer over burn through primer I see the bare metal? Confused sorry.

If you have small amounts of metal showing its best to use self etching primer in an aerosol can 1k will do
I have an engine bay I want to paint it looks like it's gray I'm assuming primer can I just red scoth it and paint over it then clear ?
