Looks nice! Just got Tilta Float today. Can you explain why my steady cam pole looks fine horizontally but once I go vertically, the steady cam pole keeps going back into the horizon? The problem is that it seem to tough to balance it now on the spring arm.
That tactical shoulder harness is A MUST for the Tilta Float! Nearly every comment on this product has negative reviews on the belt and experiencing lower back pain. Thanks for all the links in the details. I'd love to see a video on just the build out and how you used each of those elements.
Just ordered my float today. Should have it Wednesday also ordered your belt mod supplies. Your videos have me hype. Can’t wait to practice with my own.
Great video! You have really put some innovation into the float. I followed your other video on building the battery pendulum and I have it built except for the actual swinging pendulum weights I see on the bottom. Where would I be able to find those? Are those the ones made by Tilta? Thanks again for sharing this! Really awesome!
Hey brother thank you, so yes it's old Pendulum design that Tilta had and they already changed it since it wasn't working lol. So I stoped using them and design my won battery pendulum. You can find the new video on my channel. Battery pendulum helps reduce total weight of the rig while having powerful pendulum.
Great video man I'm looking to get the float just doing more research. When you were doin the running shots were you changing the stability percentage on your camera? or is there a stability control on the float?
Please give us some more! I’m very curious about this system. I do a lot of long events, shooting a lot of b-roll and love using my RS2, however I can’t hold it all day, it’s just too heavy. I have a pretty strong core, so this might be a good solution.
What do you think footage would look like if you just affixed a video tripod head to the arm and ditched the glidecam/gimbal combo? I'm trying to work out a good way to get steadier footage from my FX6 on the move.
So I recently actually had a shoes with my gimbal so I end up attaching my camera directly to the float I made it steadicam out of it. I had no issues it worked like magic. So I assume by adding tripod head you would get similar results but it has to be good tripod head. I've actually seen somebody doing this before somewhere in UA-cam
As someone getting the Float to "Usable" level....can you do more of a breakdown so I'm not squinting to see how you have the Sled and your back rig Built lol
So since the video I uploaded another one where I created battery pendulum. It helps with your float to the next level. If you need any information please follow the Float group on fb and find me there I am Vaho Mat. facebook.com/groups/dji.ecosystem/?ref=share

Most importantly I need to know what you did for the monitor mount I'm struggling to come up with a solution
Hey Buddy. Google for 18mm rossete Clamp. You will know what to do from there
@@camerariggingmods9667 Yup I got ahold of this gentlemen on a Tilta group and I just got it yesterday

I had same problem lol my GIMBAL with camera and stuff was more then 14lbs
This solved my problem big time. But I had to do some plug and play modifications to my belt and sled to make it work how I wanted.
Once you're dialed...please make a modification explainer video . It would be so helpful. Especially the v mount sled set up portion.
Will do brother.
This look great I’m waiting on mine. What kind of set up do you have for your monitor? Been wondering how I am going to have a monitor mounted on mine
Add me on fb Vaho Mat I'll show you pictures
I was wondering the same thing. Maybe drop a video with some affiliate links 😀 for all your accessories mounting solutions.
