  • In this video, I go through a full body session with a power emphasis.
    The full session is as follows:
    1a. Sprint: 8 x 10 yards. Rest 45s.
    1b. Hang Power Clean: 8 x 2. Rest 45s.
    1c. Band Assisted Plyo Push-ups: 8 x 3. Rest 45s.
    2a. Glute Drive Machine: 3 x 15. Rest 45s.
    2b. Alt. Fatbell Floor Press: 3 x 8-10 each. Rest 45s.
    2c. Side Plank Hold: 3 x 10s each. Rest 45s.
