In regards to conditioning general population clients, would we apply these methods in the order of 3,2,1 pertaining to the way you laid them out in this video? Love your content. Thanks in advance.
Great question! For general fitness I'd go with #3 and the other conditioning methods would be steady-state zone 2 and strongman style endurance (i have videos on this but also have new videos coming). The anaerobic work is a better fit for special cases that need it
Really great infor here! I am focusing more on the 3 systems you mentioned. Also applying it to the C2 rower -another love / hate relationship 😂😂😂😂 but hey if it’s hard for you maybe it’s good! Am loving the non impact cardio! 👊
Lactic Capacity (Glycolytic Capacity) is the second method. Alactic (I don't use this term as it's a mismomer as there lactate production within 1 second of any and all exercise) would take place in the 15s realm with 90s - 2:00 rest.
Would you alternate these week to week or do one for 3 weeks then switch. Additionally, can these 3 methods help improve running performance as a non impact option?
Good question! Because it's only 10s rest it would definitely lean heavily on the aerobic system but being only 4:00 total it would rely heavily on anaerobic systems.

Tried the ATP workout for 10 sets. Much harder than I anticipated
ya most people are usually surprised by that one!
Thank you for explaining so well, keep it up!
Appreciate you watching!

Appreciate it! Let me know how it goes!
Don’t mind if I do. Aerobic Tempo Intervals session coming up. Appreciate the share.
Happy to help! 👊
Can you do these methods on the rower? With the tempo intervals should your heart rate stay below your anaerobic threshold? Thank you.
Yes and for tempo intervals you likely won’t go higher than 80% of MHR if you do them correctly so well inside of ANT
Thanks so much for 6 this amazing conten. It will be amazing if you can speak about the "burn not coming from lactic acid". Many thanks
Thank you & sure can!
if my maximum wattage is 1000w but after each set i cant hit that again should i add more rest than 2 minutes ?
Most likely, yes.
Can you provide an example of “alactic capacity” and “lactic capacity” short conditioning methods?

@@jasonbrowncoaching thank you sir

For running aerobic methods will be your best bet. 8-12 weeks using the same methods.
Which of your programs offers this?
Both of my flagship programs - CXC & EVOLV
What about the Rx track?
I love my air bike
For the glycolitic example would we do the 5-6 sets of work consecutively then 2-3 minutes of rest? Or 2-3 minutes after each set of 60 seconds
Resting between sets.
Hey Coach Jason! What type of aerobic conditioning method is Tabata considered?
Good question! Because it's only 10s rest it would definitely lean heavily on the aerobic system but being only 4:00 total it would rely heavily on anaerobic systems.

Thoughts on TABATA? 20 on 10 off?
As far as what? Effectiveness?
@@jasonbrowncoaching yes effectiveness, is TABATA something you do yourself or your clients....
