Thank you so much for sharing your story and for taking the time to connect here. It sounds like you’ve been carrying so much, and I can only imagine how challenging it must be to balance teaching, staying motivated, and navigating the emotional weight of the current situation. I’m so glad the short workout resonated with you. It’s amazing how just a few minutes can make a difference, especially on those grey, heavy days. Teens can be a tough crowd, but it’s inspiring that you’re finding creative ways to support them, even in such uncertain times. Using the shoulder exercises sounds like a great idea-it’s gentle yet engaging! Please take care of yourself and know that prioritizing your own well-being is not just important but necessary. 1 hi I am from the Hunter valley NSW and I have thoroughly enjoyed this exercise today. I am 73 and need exercise as I have very sedentary hobbies sewing, knitting and reading and need exercise. This way I can do it in the comfort of my home . Thank you xx
1, I am going to have Back surgery in July maybe August, I been eating healthy, losing weight, 50+ lbs still going. Have Polyarthritis, it never stop me. Started doing sit ups to get a strong core and leg lifts to build up so, when I am able to walk...I can walk and stand. I will be 67 in September when I am recovering, starting my PT early! Needed arms exercise, Thank you so much for these, they are perfect to start with! I am from Phoenix, Arizona
I’m 56 and have always been active until I got my knees replaced this last year. It’s been really difficult and because of my different gate, my back is really unhappy now. I’ve still been trying to walk a mile a day but its slow going. I need something where I’m off my legs and just found your videos. Thanks for producing them. ITs amazing how fast we can deteriorate when we have a major surgery or some other ailment that comes into our lives. Perhaps your videos will change that. Thanks.
I have watched some of your videos, great exercises I used to do yoga exercises before the pandemic, very much like yours, I a 80 years old, recently diagnosed with osteoporosis, so exercises help me
First time. I am 52 years old and extremely obese, with severe arthritis in knee and spine. I am changing my.eating habits in order to lose weight (I need to lose about 175lbs.), but I need to do more than that. I need to move. I still work, but in an office where I am sitting all day. I've seen ads on social media for sofa yoga, so I went on to you tube. I found your site and was very impressed with what i saw. Going to stick with you and hopefully loosen up and lose weight so I feel better! Thank so much. I am in Newport News, VA.
Perfect stretch for the end of the day. Thank you so much. I will be on the lookout for more of your sessions. Thanks again from Charlie in Syracuse NY
First timer. These are exercises that I can actually do. I feel good afterward, energized, and rather proud of myself for following through. Thank you. I'm from PA. Here is my story (I'll try to keep it short). I'm now 71 years young (still in childhood mode). My husband is in very poor health so I do a lot for him - he is my beloved Marine and has always been there for me when I needed him to me. This past year I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer that attacked my spine. Tried some of the meds and as per usually - could not take them. Meds and me have never liked each other much - I'm usually the 1 % that has the really bad effects. Soooo, I am battling my issues with diet, some exercise (winter is an issue, lol). But you have given me the ability to keep working to allow my body to heal itself. Thank you so much. I feel energized. Okay, sorry. I do have a problem keeping my writing short. Wonder if I was an author in a past life. LOL
Hi Becca, thanks for sharing your story with me! I wish you all the best in 2023! I hope you see your health improve and that you experience a wonderful year ahead 🙏😊
I have recently been diagnosed with osteoporosis . I enjoy doing many of your weight bearing videos, seated videos and overall good health videos. Thank you for making them enjoyable and doable. You are a great instructor. I live in NC.
Meg, I just found your channel and you a wonderful instructor! I do have a dog named Willow. We rescued her 7 years ago. She was on the “e” list and was very sick. The rescue we got her from fosters their dogs until they are well enough to be adopted. Willow was considered adoptable because of her health issues. She was about six at the time. She also has epilepsy. She is my first dog ever and I can’t believe how much we love her. She has been on continuous medications and, now that she’s 12, we’ve also added CBD Oil to her food. By the way, she hasn’t had a seizure since Dec. 2020. She was fabulous company during the pandemic! Judy from Arizona 😊🐾🌵
1 Nice workout. I'm in Colorado. I'm disabled with back muscle issues and I'll let you know how my back handles this workout tomorrow. If I don't have a negative affect, I'll put it into my daily routine. Thank you, you have a pleasant style and voice. Callyendys
Number 1 , I am 52 and I have struggled with my weight all my life, up and down etc.. I had a car wreck nearly 6 years ago that resulted in some amputations on my dominant hand (we were quite blessed actually) and other injuries but it definitely threw me for a loop movement wise, hence I gained alot of weight. So I def need a different starting place than I would have needed a decade ago. I was actually able to do the video! I have subscribed! Thank you!
1 Little Elm, Texas. Oh, my goodness! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I keep getting ads for a couch yoga app that is $8.99/mo and with eggs reaching $8.00 for 18, money is tight in Maison de Fitzpatrick.
1 - Brockport NY. Have lead a very sedentary life for past 10 years. Have had 4 spine surgeries that resulted from my back being broken 32 years ago. Have been diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis 5 years ago. Hate always hurting and do not take drugs for the pain as they cause other unpleasant issues. Glad I found your videos. I am hoping I will be motivated enough to get to a better degree of heath with much less pain and comfort. I recently turned 59. Thank you for your dedication to people like me and the older generation. Happy New Year 2023.
1 I am 45 years from Malaysia. I am doing this for the first time . But I have been doing yoga most of the time. Thank you for the exercise. Hope I can reduce my weight.
1 Australia 🇦🇺. Just retired after 52 yrs. I’m up to a 3km walk, and decided to try this as well. My intention is to build flexibility and strength for my new life. Thankyou
I'd really like to have a bottle of whatever it is where you get your energy from. Seriously, the positive energy helps motivate me to get on with the task. For comedic value, I should upload a 'fail video' of trying some of this with a rotating office chair on wheels. Stay well everyone!
I, too, am a first comer to the workout, and I actually will do two different sessions every day. I appreciate the length of each session, and thanks for lifting my energy up. I'm 310 and have been told my kidneys need to be restored, I have always been pretty active until some stiffness and knee pain slow me down. I just want the opportunity to help myself, and these sessions are appreciated. Again, thank you it 💪🏾
1 Alabama I was bed ridden a few years ago and decided to have gastric bypass I lost 200 pounds my insides are wonderful but my body is a mess I had back surgery that went very wrong so I will be in a 7 to 8 pain levels at all times so I'll decided to try this I was extremely surprised the next morning although I was still in terrible pain I wasn't near at stiff and felt overall better this is the first time I've ever written like this but thought I'd let you know what a blessing you are and to say thank you 😊
I’m in San Francisco Bay Area and I recently fell breaking my right so I was looking for a sit and be fit exercise program. I enjoyed your warm up exercise with it’s stretching that helped my back
Hi Meg. I'm watching from my. My nutritionist told me about you. What a blessing. Love the leg exercises. My l-4, l-5 are hydrated so I swim one mile three days a week and then come home and do exercises with you!
Never thought I’d see the day I would search out over 50 exercises but I’m glad I found yours, I’m from Vancouver Canada and first exercise in a long time, and it was tiring but in a good way, seemed to easy until I done them, and I’d like to check out your other videos and keep up the few minutes at a time exercise. I can feel the muscle use and I do feel a bit more alert
Thank you for your simple exercises, working my arms and shoulders. I had a shoulder injury and was unable to do much. But thanks to your video, I was surprised tat I have more motion in my shoulders. By the way, I live here in Hawaii.
I have had such changes in the past year on my phisique so at 60 your couch ecxersise has really helped me. I want to keep doing these. From my condo in Chicopee, Ma. )
#1 NJ. I'm disabled and I need to lose more weight in my Stomach area I just did your exercises but having arthritis and nurapothy through my whole body it I definitely felt it and my hands are tingling now. Any other videos you can refer. Ty 😊

First time. I'm 65 from Ajax, Ontario. I am pretty stiff and it is painful for me to do the one with the arms outstretched. Too much sitting on my cell phone,! So I'm looking forward to loosening up and less pain. I find these exercises great because they are short and an easy start

You got this! Thanks for watching 🙏😊
I'd really like to have a bottle of whatever it is where you get your energy from. Seriously, the positive energy helps motivate me to get on with the task. For comedic value, I should upload a 'fail video' of trying some of this with a rotating office chair on wheels. Stay well everyone!
Great to have you here! Thanks for joining in! 🥰
Again, thank you it 💪🏾
You're so welcome! Keep up the great work!! 👍🏼
