I hope I was not to optimistic but I had a recurrence of my back pain, once more i could not get out of bed for over a hour, I did a little slow stretching in bed and the pain eased enough for me to get to a chair and start your exercises another 30 mins i feel better again, my question is am I over doing the exercises.
Thank you. I m 45 and a live with a failed back surgeon syndrome, so I have lots of pain. Wetgever since I foundation your page I try every day some exercises. Your exercises are fine for me. I ve my balance back and sit not all the time in my wheelchair any more. You are so calm and can motivate good

I have osteoporosis and I am 70 years old. I have lower back pain...right side mostly. Trouble is I have restricted movement in one of my arms due to breaking it 18 months ago. Can I still do your seated yoga excercises. Thank you
Listen to your body and do what you can. If you feel pain, then stop or modify the movements. I give options in the videos, so do the easiest option to start with! Thanks for watching! 😊😊🙏🙏

Hi Janice, I don't believe I have any specific exercise videos for bulging discs, but many of the videos can be adapted. Do what you can and listen to your body!
I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis. Alot of lower back pain with pain also between shoulder blades,sometimes after exercise it hurts more. Is there some exercises I shouldn't be doing?😮
I fell maybe six weeks ago and had immediate and strong pain that ended in a trip in ambulance to ER. Miraculously nothing was broken but I was having severe muscle spasms. The muscle spasms stopped eventually but I’m having frequent pain covering lower half of my back, it feels like it’s the muscles spread out fairly evenly under the skin and it stops fairly fast when I apply heat. I’m taking both Tylenol and ibuprofen throughout the day but can’t seem to make this stop. This sequence did feel good and was easy to complete. I’m looking forward to repeating it often and ending the cycle of pain! Thanks for the video!
