    Love these excerise!! I am a bilateral below knee amputee in a wheelchair trying get prosthetics that don’t hurt so these exercises are a Blessing for me. Thank you

    We are from Mississauga Canada. I’m 61 and my friend is 84. We love your exercises. We do three of the seated ones Monday to Friday. We have noticed a big difference in our core strength. Thank you.

    Recovering from CFS and a back injury. These exercises were perfect! The nice thing about exercising on the couch is if you get tired you can lie back and it's nice and comfortable. No need to climb back up onto the couch to rest because you're already there! Thank you so much, Meg.

    I’m in Chesapeake, VA. I’m only 45, but super obese. Due to knee injuries, I’ve pretty much been on the couch for a couple of years now. I’m so out of shape that standing for more than a few minutes will raise my heart rate. 😢 So I need to get started on something. This video was perfect for me to start regaining my strength so I can eventually get up and out to the gym. Thank you so much!!

    Hey I live in the UK. I’m 69 turning 70 in a couple of months. Just found your videos. They are amazing. I have severe spinal problems. So a gym is out of the question for me. But this helps. Thank you. I’ll see how I’m feeling tomorrow.

    I have spasticity and poor balance. I used to do gentle yoga and water wellness classes before covid shut the gym down. As a result, I got out of the habit of regular exercise and I'm paying for it! I found this channel and I'm looking forward to increasing lost strength and loosening tight muscles. Go ME! I'm in Texas.

    I am sitting on my couch in Toronto, Canada. This is the second video of yours I've done. I used to work out everyday. I hurt my knees running and just stopped. Everything I tried to do hurt, so I gave up. I am over 55 and want to get back into shape. I'm sure your videos will be a great start for me. Thank you 😊

    I'm watching from the midlands in England. I've been doing your exercises for a few days now. I'm not over 50 I'm 41 but these exercises are great for me as I spend a lot of time sitting down on my sofa due to experiencing m.e/chronic fatigue syndrome which I have had for over 22 years now and I was so glad to come across your video as I was looking for some exercises that I could manage everyday and these small amount of exercises are just the right amount for me to do every day while sat on my sofa to build up my core muscle strength 💪 slowly, thank you ☺️

      And that's exactly why I'm doing these exercises too! Fatigue makes my muscles weak from too much sitting. When everything gets weak from too much sitting, I feel even tireder and the whole thing is a vicious circle. I'm hoping to break the circle and get stronger.

    Hi! I live in Syracuse NY I’ve spent the last year loosing 55 pounds with a diet focus. Now I’m left with weakening muscle mass in my core. I’m watching in conjunction with physical therapy. Thank you for making core strength. Doable to my 57 year old self! I sincerely appreciate your help.

    I really enjoyed this i had a bit of hard time with lifting the legs due to hip. I have very severe osteoarthritis and will be having hip replacement surgery in April. Watching from Indiana.

    On a couch but on the edge of my hospital bed. His is the second time doing this particular set of exercises. I am looking forward to strength I get my core and working on balance and stability. I would love more exercises that work on legs, as my legs become stiff and are hard to bend. The do not hurt. ❤

    My leg exercises stretched out quite a bit harder I found that I still needed to support my arms in the back, ha ha ha😅 thank you once again. I have done some of your exercises already but these lake ones were new today, which I really need 2

    Thank you very much for working the legs today. I am doing the exercises from my hospital bed so a few of them were a little tricky since I was not sitting with back support. I also worked one leg so I need to review and work the other leg. ❤️🙏🥰
