    Thank god its low impact after yesterday's day 3 intense workout. My muscles were sore and obliques were paining but after this workout pain has been reduced. Perfect :)

    This is a great workout. I am very overweight and can follow along. I feel that I am "semi" fit even for my size. I only had to modify the mountain climbers due to my not having the right equipment to get down on my floor. Great job!

      For my first pregnancy (I was 25) I worked out until 2 weeks before due date. Back into before baby clothes when I went back to work 9 weeks later. So long as you're working out beforehand and doctor says OK.
