    Can´t believe how fast this went! But it was superintense, and YES I am SO sweaty!😅Workouts don´t have to be long to be effective! Thanks Amy!🥰

    Hi AMY! I REALLY LOVE this FAST and furious KETTLEBELL workout. Hardly no rest was CHALLENGING and I loved it. It kept my ❤ rate up muscles on fire 🔥 and burning. Also I LOVE EVERY CIRCUIT! THANK-U AMY FOR THIS AMAZING FORMAT!

    Holy Moly! That was tough!!! I'm so glad that it was an express workout bc I don't know if I could have had the stamina to go hard for much longer!

    Ooh this goes by fast, but it does go by fast! Quick transitions, works everything - upper body, lower body, core - get in and get out in 25 minutes but still ends up being a sweat-fest! My favorite kind of workout 💪

    I used dumbells bc I don't own kettles and don't plan to. Each compound circuit was great. Reason number 332 for why I keep coming back to work out here. I appreciate how you combined max effort/work on the targeted muscles in each movement with the pace of the workout AND the total workout time. Given the muscle work I chose to do more stretching post-workout with one of your excellent choices in the "archive". Thank you for this awesome workout Amy. Like # 330

    during this one I wanted to quit working out forever. I thought I loved the 25 min ones but holy crap! good thing is I just have to keep telling myself, it's only 25 min and I get through it and am glad for the short workout. I do love the longer windmills, I don't feel I get that much out of then when their short. cant do the high ones though due to a bad shoulder. man oh man!

    Moved so fast. Lower body burner and cardio. Go heavy, it's only 25 minutes (go lighter if you need to)!
