I love the workout but I'm not sure I'm doing it right. No pains but I don't feel gults like they suggest. I get a better gult engagement with squats. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Nice video content! Apologies for butting in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you heard about - Chireetler Kettlebell Miracle Rule (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a great exclusive guide for learning some amazing kettlebell challenge workouts minus the headache. Ive heard some decent things about it and my m8 finally got amazing success with it.
We've absolutely loved doing this. It has kept me and my boyfriend motivated during quarantine. All we need now are bigger bells 💪😁
U dont need bigger bells what u need is resistance bands .. try it 🤙🏽

Hopefully your swing technique got better in the last six years. You lower your torso too much.
I\'m not sure but ,if anyone else needs to find out about exercises with a kettlebell try Stiklind Bell Fitness Fixer (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my friend got excellent success with it.

Great and tough. Boys get a bit 'chops on the block' talking about what weights they are using (16?, 20?), I'm a reasonably strong male and 10kg is enough for me.
not cticising but according to Pavel average strong male should start with 16kg. The optimal weight: if you can keep the KB pressed above your head for 30 s. Maybe you are too easy on yourself ;-)

Did this one on Sunday, the '16 minute Hotel... Low Impact' yesterday and an improvised session today. YIKES am I feeling it lol. and I made Joe's Protein Pancakes after today's workout which are such a treat after any session. He has the recipe in the video he did with Jim Chapman, it's how I found this channel. Check it out!
Good intermediate session. The clean press technique is brilliant but hard to do if you’re wearing fitness trackers on your wrist. Kettlebell almost smashed mine!
