The best way to set things up for your smash burgers is to have a long table setup empty plates then a platter with the toasted buns then a bowl with the sauce then a topping tray then the burgars off the grittle then your French fries and corn on the cob. Two tables flanking the grittle.

EKKKKKKK IM SOOO EXITEDDDDDDDDDD I CANT EVEN SPELL ANYMORE!!! It’s like 11:00 pm here- and my parents won’t let me stay up on my laptop T-T so ima wake up early :D and after I see ima make them ofc! Cause I know there gonna be good!!
as a smash burger enthusiast. i make them all the time i can say the best blend of meat if u grind it urself is equal parts short rib, brisket, and ribeye. after u grind it u mix the blends and loosely ball up 3 ounce balls give or take. u want ur pan to be hot and i mean hot. u want a crust on the smash burgers and the only way to get that perfect crust is a hot pan. when u smash try not to smash it repeatedly ull push out juices. u want to smash once (if u can 2 times is fine if u got bigger patties. try not to do it more then 3) and smash for 10 sec to get that crust started. the reason u want the crust is cause its what makes the smash burger a smash burger and what the crust dose is seal the meat so the juices cant escape. ull then season (do not cook to many burgers at once or ull over cook them trying to smash all of them drying them out. she did two which is good to start with.) wait until the juices have come to the top cause they cant escape threw the bottom once u see the juice puddles on the top of the meat u flip it making sure u scrape up the crust with the meat (puddy knife works good for the scrape flip they cheap at most stores) and cheese it. the juices that were on the top will cook back into the meat and not escape the top do to the crust. do NOT walk away ull over cook and dry it out. usually by the time the cheese melts the patty will be done. now sometimes ull have a med rare burger depending on the thickness u left but because its beef and most people eat steaks this way anyway its 100% fine. super thin will be cooked threw and cook much much faster. . this 3 blend of meat makes the perfect juicy and tasty smash burger.
