    Wow loved this! Thank you. I was not feeling well today but wanted to do some light cardio to move my body some. Your excercise energized me. My blood was pumping and I felt better! Great and fun way to move!

    I was always overweight. But when it started to deteriorate my health I took the initiative . Everyone suggested that I start with long walks but I choose DWD workouts instead. I lost 3kgs in 2 months. Also the workout makes me more energetic physically and mentally peaceful. Thank you so much 💞

    Hi there, I'm from Malaysia and I just finished this workout..oh my ma'am.... These steps are so easy but killing enough though..I couldn't do it in the midst but continued as much as I can. Ma'am you are just amazing from every aspect of your guiding till your encouragements. I will continue this workout everyday now. The songs selection is good 💯. ❤️❤️

    I really liked:
    - That you asked for 3 different body types to join you in this Power Walk, so it motivates most people!
    - That you are smiling during the Power Walk, it's really genuine and contagious!! :)
    - The music you picked, it's really uplifting and has a feel-good vibe to it.
    - That your contestants make mistakes so are not perfect and therefor it's very natural and this made me laugh hehe.
    I'm greatfull that you shared this. I really enjoyed it, so I'm gonna continue this practice for endorphin release and period ease!

    Woah 🤩 it was amazing. I'm an obese person, did work-out today after so many months (may be after a year). Enjoyed a lot while doing this. Took 4-5 breaks in between, but completed it. 🥳
    Gonna follow your videos from now onwards. And I'll follow different workout video each day.

    I did many of the Dance with Deepti workouts... and it helped me cure my PCOD problem.. trust me.. it works!!!!! It will be more efficient if u follow a healthy diet along with these workouts... Thank you so much Deepti ma'am for making myself fall in love with myself again ❤️🤗

      @@swastikas9881 I selected just one 30 mins workout (from dance with deepti) for a day.. i used to do it every evening.... and i would add a few floor workouts... i also did Surya namaskar in the morning.... and followed proper diet (balanced diet)... i cured my pcod in around 5 months
      Now i do it every morning.... 30 mins dance + 15 mins floor workout (crunches , mountain climber, plank, etc)
      Consistency is the key... if i left longer gap... the pcod symptoms would start again...

    Love from kerala,india. My mother had a sudden urge to exercise after some health problems. So I tried to make her do some exercises, but it didn't worked well. She is new to exercises. But then i came across your videos. It seemed cool and i thought it will be suitable for my mom . So I showed her your videos. My mother is so excited after dancing to your videos. Now dancing is the best part of her day. It seems that dancing had helped her in her physical health and mental health also. Looking forward to more videos .
