  • Polycystic Ovary Disorder or Syndrome also called as PCOD or PCOS is a serious female's problem. Females aged 12 to 50 years get cysts at Ovaries or Uterus.

      @@seekhowithsaima mera bhi surwat m acha nhi huwa but mene 2 month pehle se roj exercise karna start Kiya to 2 baar period sahi se huwa aap bhi yoga exercises kro sab thik hojayga pani jyada piyo or maida ,fry ,oil, rice, biscuits packet wala junk food ye sab mat khao me bhi avoid ki hu bas kbhi kbhaar man karta h to 1 week m khati hu but jyada bhi nhi khati hu ghar ka saman bas aap bhi karo sab thik hojayga or tension bilkul bhi nhi Lena h tension se bhi hota h me to ab ye sab k liye stress nhi leti hu.. apna exercise p focus krti hu

    Hello sir.. I have been suffering from pcos .. my egg quality was very poor for conceiving.. I found your video and do all the yoga posture properly for 2 month with proper diet..     All doctors said best i have to take IVF as my age 34 and no single +ve in my 4 years of marriage life with so many medicines(3 years of treatment), we consulted many doctors but no use everyone suggested IVF, we decided only this month (December) last, from jan will go IVF as doctors suggested. But i strongly believed in yoga and meditation(Prayer), I just followed your one (PCOS) video evey single day from last 2 months, it really really awsome now my pregnancy positive today I'm going to consult doctor to enquire about first trimesterpregnancy yoga too.

      @@hafsajabeen9257 I've been doing heavy gym workout since past 2years . This yoga is more like a stretching routine for me and really enjoy doing it . I did it 6 times a week as I was really comfortable doing it everyday

    This is my first comment ever on UA-cam and I am posting this because I am genuinely happy. I stopped getting my periods all of a sudden last October.Since then I am taking medicine to get periods every month. I don't have any PCOS, PCoD, thyroid and all other tests are normal. I gave up medicine last month and religiously followed yogaguru Shailendra video and half an hour walk every day. Got my periods naturally 3 days early.
    I want to give hope to other ladies also to continue with yoga practice. Hopefully I will be able to conceive soon

    I had been on birth control pills for 6 months to control PCOS (prescribed by my doctor) and just a month back I decided to discontinue it and try to naturally balance hormones through diet and exercises. I reduced junk food intake to once or twice a month, stopped red meat and dairy after researching on the web and following other people’s journeys. A week back I missed my natural periods after stopping the medication and I was worried that I would have to again resort to the pill. That is when I bumped into this channel and started exercising. I followed this yoga for 2 days and I got my periods. I’m so thankful. I truly believe every woman out there would benefit through this whether they suffer from PCOS or not. Try it.       My doctor also gave me birth control pills, that is the reason I Don't want to go to them again.
      Now I started Pcos sachet on 17 March but have had blood spots from yesterday. So I'm thinking of discontinuing this sachet and going for these exercises. I hope I get some positive results

    Thank you very much, sir. For the past two months, I hadn't gotten my period. I began practicing all the yoga exercises from this video. After the eighth day, I started spotting. Then on the 27th day, I got my period. Ladies, please believe me, this worked for me, and it can work for you too.

    Assalam o alikum.mery periods 3 saloon sa irregular hain..main pichly 2 maheeny sa ye yoga kr rhi hun laikin continuously nai kiya darmian main kbi kbhar chor diya aur din main srf aik dfa..mjhy last 5 months sa periods nai ho rhy thy laikin is dfa huway hain. Laikin srf spotting..mgr main is main bhi khush hun shayad aagy regular krny sa mery periods theek ho jaien..is k ilawa main na nihar munh flax seed pani main daal k use kieye hain aur apna weight bhi km kiya ha ...agr agly 5 6 maheenon main main theek ho gaie to dobara comment kroon gi ta k doosron k lieye bhi helpful rhy.

      Can you please tell me that should i have to continue this everyday ? Or only before the times of period date ? Beacuse in previous month when i started doing these yogasanas and after 2-3 days i got my period back . So i thought that it became normal and stopped doing these asanas , but now in this month also i haven't got my period till now and date is over . So please tell me that should i have to continue it everyday? I am very much tensed !!!

    Hello shailendra ji, I'm 23 years old and was detected with PCOS in 2020. My periods were irregular and my health suffered due to same. My weight is 56kgs and my gynaecologist asked me to go running and lose weight.
    Having tried everything like exercise, medicines, diet changes etc., I turned to yoga a few months ago. I found your channel in Dec 2022 and started practicing yoga everyday.
    My last cycle was on 1st October 2022 and nothing after that. I continued with yoga and meditation and on 4th January i got my period without any medicine. God bless you. Thank you so much.

    It's my first day doing this yoga. I am suffering from pcod i am 22 years old and regularly I am suffering form illness. I am tired all regularly consulting doctor for this. Yesterday I went to gynaecologist she said you should change your lifestyle and do exercise and yoga. So with this hope that i will be fine again I am staring this yoga wish me luck guys . I hope by doing this exercise I will be having good health in some days

      @@pravalikareddy8846 early morning I took any vegetable juice then take 2 hrs gap and then take a light breakfast, after I took a complete meal at lunch , at Evening I took dry nuts and finally finished my dinner at 7 pm . After dinner don't take anything only water , there should be a gap of 14 to 16 hrs between dinner to breakfast. Avoid junk food, Have only home made food

    I had a cystectomy last October and it all started with a skipped periodic cycle. Again last month my period delayed for 1 and half months. I was very worried. I started doing exercise. I had my period after 7 days. Thank you. This is very useful. I will continue this exercise

    Radha radhe sir please reply...im 18y nd hv cyst in uterus is this help me to rid out of my problems. Im doing intermittent fasting , only hving home food doing excerise in evening and this yoga in morning. Im strong i will take out bad problem from my body. Also im on ayurvedic medication 😅

    I was suffering from pcod. I turned 18 this month only. I am obese and I had irregular period cycle. I was suffering from last 6 months. I tried every drink but not worked. I started doing these exercises regularly like just for 1 week, morning 30min walk and bang on. They surprised me, I was literally shivering. Thankyou. Hope this will help to others also❤️

    I hv been suffering from pcos since July 2022. After that i started medication for 3 months but it didn't benefitted me . 1 month prior i came across this video and i started doing for 15-20 mins a day.. alternatively .. nd i got my periods yesterday after 4 months.. this video is definitely worth watching.. Thanks alot sir..
    One more thing.. usually i don't comment any of the yt videos. But this is 100% effective i assure you guys. And I'm saying this bcz there are alot of girls who don't believe whether this video will work or not .. Have patience, have faith and do this regularly.     I have pcos ever since I have irregular periods. Almost 10 months that I didn't have my period. And I start yoga last February for only 7 days my period really appeared.. I sincerely give credit and thankful for this video and to you sir. Hopefully I can continue this exercise as always and I will be able to get pregnant.

    Can’t believe. I was suffering from PCOD since the time of my puberty, it’s almost 16 years now and never my periods are regular. In fact I never had periods unless I’m on some medication. I got vexed with using medicines for years and stopped, and then I started missing my periods every month.
    As I’m planning to conceive soon, I finally decided to find a way to reverse PCOD naturally and I’m glad that I came across guruji videos.
    Trust me friends, it will work out 100%. No one can more badly affected than me with PCOD and if it’s working for me, it will work for you too. I just followed this routine for 15 days and got my period naturally.
    Along with yoga, I also did cardio for an hour burning 200 cal per day and cut carbs in my food as much as possible. I completely avoided all whites including sugar except rice, limited oil too. Being a South Indian, it’s hard for me to give up on rice but I limited intake to just 1 meal per day (200gm) for lunch along with fiber and protein. Morning nuts/protein powder with milk and dinner a bowl of fruits by 7pm.
    Earlier I tried doing workouts but didn’t help much. Yoga played significant role in reversing PCOD which no doctor suggested for me in the past. I’m hoping to see improvement in other issues also like hairfall, unwanted hair, acne.

    Hey there!!! This is so healing and it really works. I was 23 days late for my periods. I was very worried, I didn't want to use medicine to induce periods. I tried out almost every thing. I did yoga, spot jogging, meditation. Everything worked collectively and today on my 23rd day I got my periods finally😭😭😭😭😭..I'm so so so happy today.. Thank you God. I hope it is helpful for every girl🙏 please don't lose hope and do yoga also along with it. You'll certainly get results...And also I would suggest you try to spend atleast 10-15 mins in the moonlight. This is no myth that our menstrual cycle is somehow related to the 28 days moon cycle.     This is so far the best pcos yoga I've ever seen I'm writing this after practicing this for months any other type of excercise doesn't work for me other than these yogas .. thank you so much.. I was desperate thanks a lot 🙏

      @@sabrinazahir01 if u practice every day 100% u will get ur periods along with it have a glass of milk with jaggery and cinnamon with some ginger it does wonders

      1month I started immediately after my periods and continued for 1 month and got my period exactly the same date next month

    OMG, this is magical. I did this yoga in the morning and I got my period after 4 months in the evening only. I utterly recommend this video to those who are suffering from PCOD like me.

    Hello sir . I have a major problem my periods come after every 15th day and stays for 10 days during my period time I can't do anything I go through extreme pain and sometimes I vomit because of the pain .so can I do these yoga steps or I should do something else ????plzzzzz reply
