I've been doing Pilates with you for a few months, and I can officially say this wasn't that hard for me! I mean...we'll see if my core disagrees tomorrow but I'm super proud of myself, and I even did full planks! It's amazing how strong my core has gotten with you, thank you so much!

Opss the position you make in 28:15 is a real challenge for me. My hamstrings are very short 🙄 It is frustrating. What do you recommend to longer my muscles? 🙏
try that with bent knees, and keep practicing! over time your muscle will loosen up and you'll gain the flexibility!
