I was super nervous about those single-arm push-ups but I ended up loving it! First time doing a single arm push up and feeling any sort of successful.

Yeah spaghetti arms is true! Such a challenge for my arms but I’m sure I will love it… Later maybe, when I can lift my arms again 😂

Day 13 finished, the push-up, plank and down dog is quite difficult fỏ me but still glad i made it til the end

For push-ups I prefer to inhale on push and exhale on down.
Also if anyone is struggling to move from knee to toe, a good middle ground is to use knees on push, move to your toes and hold the your weight on the way down.
Try to hold your elbows to your body. Try to tilt your elbow back and arm-fold forwards. Otherwise you put unnecessary weight on your shoulders which can hurt them.
