    I started the challenge late but I am SO glad that I found these classes. You make pilates feel fun, easy, and accessible. I feel welcome to show up as I am without the stress of having a perfect body or perfect form. Thank you for being helping me find my new passion for pilates :)

    Hi Margaret Elizabeth, thank you for a wrist friendly workout, I have juvenile idiopathic arthritis and it makes such a big difference when I can do the whole class without using my hands 😊 More please! Your infectious positivity is a great way to start the day! Poppy

    I never thought I’d say, I kind of missed planks. Lol. This was fun. but, a lot of mind and muscle movement. After a while I got it. Thanks again for an amazing class. ❤❤❤

    Hi there. I am from Norway and I am doing your workouts since July. When your daily video is published, it's almost 12pm here. Any way you can premiere it a bit earlier so I can do the workout at 5am before starting my day?

      Hi! I totally hear you, it’s tough to come up with a posting time that works for everybody - what I think will work best for you is to do the classes a day behind, that way when you’re ready to take a class the video will already be live & you don’t have to wait!

    First exercise video I have done of yours? Thank you so much! I am dealing with Thyroid problems and this is low intensity for my heart BUT still super effective! I can't run and my body is also not strong enough for weightlifting like I used to do. I think Pilates is gonna be my go-to workout from now on. Great, simple explanations

    I never wouldve guessed my arms helped so much during the roll ups, the last roll ups with hands behind the head really humbled me🤭

    Great workout. Always impressed you can talk us through the whole class and do it with us at the same time:))). Ps what brand gym clothes is your favorite?

      Hahaha it is very tough but with practice it's become more manageable! I always love Vuori & Athleta, and a more affordable option I love is CRZ Yoga (and all of my outfits during the challenge are from CRZ, I have a discount code in the description!)

    I gotta say this pilates workout felt good, I am a few days behind and did this today and was able to do almost all of it despite getting over not being well. Looking forward to this rest of the workouts

    This class was lovely for today still have problems rolling up from the floor but getting slot better .Very cold in England winter Nealy here 🥶

    Day 5 done! Any tips for how to do the movements without lifting your neck so much? I have chronic neck pain and got a bad headache after this I think from bad form

      You can always keep your head down and do the same movements from there - or even propping up your head a bit with a rolled up towel can give you some support but eliminates the need to lift up. Not moving your head allows you to focus so much more on the breath, which is extremely underrated!

    Just completed this workout! Margaret, do you have any tips for keeping your legs stable when transitioning from the seated upright, legs out position to a laying down legs out position? I feel like my legs move a significant amount back or forward when coming up and down through the moves. Thanks!

      Your legs will naturally move when you are doing that because of the positioning of your hips!

      You have to be on a laptop or desktop! I don’t think it will let you play them both from your phone or iPad!
