What is the right moment for stretching, after or before the exercises?
Yeah you should do it before
Before -dynamic stretch, after - holding stretch (static stretch)
Both. Before and after but if you choose once,then before. To prepare the muscles for the exercise.
Both before and after, but they aren't the same type, One is a kind of warm-up, The other is for the muscles to adjust after the exercise session.
Is it only for men?!
