Found your inner Thigh workout yesterday, as my meniscus is torn and i wanna strengthen every muscle i can. Just added this along today. Love it. Exhausting good :D Not crazy tough but tough enough. Thank you !
My favorite moves were 2 Dead Bugs + Crunch Up, 3-Count Bicycle Crunches, and Sprinter Sit Up + Jab. If I had to pick one, it would be the Dead Bug + Crunch Up. The variation for that was a lot of fun. 😃 Thanks so much, Lindsey! Your workouts are the best.

UA-cam recommendation win right here. I hate working core and unfortunately it shows 🤦♀️ But a 10 minute workout with substitutions for all the hinge movements that make my back hurt? I have no more excuses. Saved this and will be a frequent visitor. Today was a struggle but I look forward to getting better.
