    While I'm not a newbie to planking, your intro on how to do them correctly was spot on! Loved all the moves...simple moves you could go thru the motions on, but when I really focus on my abs doing the work, these are tough! You don't need weight or much time to burn them out... Thanks for a great ab workout!

    I started working out with you guys in 2021 when I was pregnant with my daughter. I love the intensity of your channel and the way you always offer modifications (both easier and harder). After my c-section, it's been a tough journey learning to activate my lower abs again, but workouts like this make it fun and achievable. Thanks for everything you do

    Lower abs are burning with those seated ab tucks and bicycles. However I’m still having trouble with hip lifts I tried all modifications!
