Even after contributing to the company, but the senior managers steel's the credit, thenhow to tackel it situation, bcoz i tried all ways to prove that im contributing in revenue generation but the boss ignores and showcase to company that all the credit goes to sales team and to hom only, but the operations team is ignored always, how to tackel this situation.
This video is making no sense at all. Salaries in the private sector depends upon the skills mastered by an employee and if a skilled employee is not getting hike then he/she should switch to other better paying jobs.

Your own boss is the one who can see how your performance has been and what you can bring to the table. HR discusses salary with new hires, when a budget for the position is known but your performance in the role is not yet known.
