    A great back workout. I have sacro joint arthritis, for which there is no cure. I have been lifting weights all my life, but now its lighter weights, building core and back muscles to slow it down. I'd love to see more of these targeted and more challenging workouts! Thanks

    I need this so much! I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Although I’ve seen some improvement, my upper arms are still flabby. I do 30 minutes of fast paced walking with HIIT and then weights for 15 minutes. I’ve lost weight and toned some, but I feel this is taking forever!
    Rant over! Love your channel!

    With the sore back the 3 lb weights worked so much better than the 5 and 9. I love your workouts changing up the routine seems like I'm doing something different than the same Ole thing.

    Been following you since 2020 Covid March. Absolutely loved this workout. Really felt challenged but able to adjust to my ability easily by adapting weights to my body. Bottom line is I really see and feel physical changes in my body by your short and super effective routines. Even when I get lazy I always come back . Really enjoyed this one. Thank you so much 💓

    Good morning Annie, great workout. I have started using the 5 pound weights. Oh my goodness, the 5 pound weights are a challenge for me. I do like the results I am seeing though.😆
    I do like standing abs workout also.

    Aloha .🏝️💪 Really love the longer arm workouts as they r more challenging but doable. My 65 y r. old arms r feeling it for sure ..I do mix it up n do 2 of your arm video's some days so I get in 15 minutes.

    Love all the videos- esp ones like this that are a little longer. I'm wondering if anyone else experiences pain in their forearm under the elbow when doing the triceps behind your head. When I switched to a heavier weight, I started to hurt there. (and when I say heavier weight, I mean to 3 pounds- not exactly Hercules)

    Here’s an interesting request - an ab workout without crunches. Crunches and similar moves cause you to engage the platysmus muscles in the neck (the neck bands) and as you age those get prominent. We don’t want to work out our necks!
