A great back workout. I have sacro joint arthritis, for which there is no cure. I have been lifting weights all my life, but now its lighter weights, building core and back muscles to slow it down. I'd love to see more of these targeted and more challenging workouts! Thanks
I need this so much! I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Although I’ve seen some improvement, my upper arms are still flabby. I do 30 minutes of fast paced walking with HIIT and then weights for 15 minutes. I’ve lost weight and toned some, but I feel this is taking forever! Rant over! Love your channel!

When I switched to a heavier weight, I started to hurt there. (and when I say heavier weight, I mean to 3 pounds- not exactly Hercules)
Here’s an interesting request - an ab workout without crunches. Crunches and similar moves cause you to engage the platysmus muscles in the neck (the neck bands) and as you age those get prominent. We don’t want to work out our necks!
