I’m 64 and feeling fat and frumpy. Recently moved to a new are of CA that offers the VERSA Climber workout. It’s a great cardio but I’m the oldest person there, kind of intimidating to be surrounded by girls in crop tops. ANYWAY, i like Annies workouts because they are challenging and quick, and she’s not intimidating but encourages you! Hope I’ll see some type of changes to my shapeless arms that run in my family. Thanks! And a happy HOLIDAY TO EVERYONE!
Hi Annie, I just turned 70 and work out everyday. I have done so for years. I am 5 ft 6 inches tall and maintain a weight of 125 lbs. I was a chubby kid so I’ve always been dedicated to staying fit as an adult. I do low impact aerobics, yoga, Zumba and walking. During the COVID pandemic I discovered your arm workouts. I love them and do them at least 3 to 4 times a week. It’s not only the workout but also your upbeat personality that makes them so great. I’m hooked! Thank you for these quick and challenging ways to keep my arms in good shape and for always adding new ones. ❤️

I've learned from other videos of yours, that if it looks too easy, just wait. The pain is coming. I was definitely huffing and puffing with this one. Thanks for helping all of us who want great toned arms. Ouch. 🏋️♀️😀
This one and the 9 minute ones have ramped up the game for me....I'm barely managing, but you will feel proud of yourself for completing them. Add 3 lbs and you will sweat like you are in a sauna. So it depends on what at stamina threshold you are. Whichever weight choice, her videos are super effective. Its what has me exercising, the only videos.

I’ll be definitely following this new workout tomorrow morning, hopefully I can do it with my new 3Lb weights , I bumped it up to 3Ibs about 2 weeks ago on your other workouts ,I’m feeling the burn .....and loving it. Thanks again Annie
@@annecrowley6816 Its definitely more of a challenge,( I actually use 1.5 kg) , especially when you're doing the bicep curl with both weights(I did a tricep dip instead) but its do-able. I've moved up to 1.5kg or 3Ibs on most of Annie's arm work outs now,and I'm feeling the difference....in a good way. 👍

I am subscribing to a trainer who normally works at my gym ,however your five and ten minute arm workouts really really make up for the fact I don’t have room for pump equipment and keep me strong I love your upbeat achievable sessions and wish you much happiness and success Oh and is that the bin/ trash men I hear outside?Nothing takes away your focus ! Thankyou again
🙋OKAY!!!!!!!OKAY!!!!!! 😳😰😳😰😂 Annie.....Honey..... I am so feeling this!!!!!! I 💖the timer. It is very helpful. This is hard but I do really like it.☺ The "windmill move"is a hard one on the neck. I just went slower. You are so strong 💪. I'd like to see how well men could do this workout. I like the variety and constant change of position. That helps a lot. Overall.... Discomfort LOL ☺ and I'm loving the possibility of what my arms and shoulder are gonna look like in 4 weeks!!!🎉Thank you👍☺ You look like a snow bunny 🐇☺

How did this work with the 3 ibs??? . I find the 2ibs a little easy but my 4 ib is too heavy for the curls
