Oh my goodness I did not know you’d done a new video Annie! I had a pneumonia vaccination this morning plus 8th Covid vaccination a week ago (as I’m very susceptible to viruses, I take Covid boosters every 5 months), plus flu vaccination at the same time. So my arms and shoulders will need to wait on this one, which is probably why I did not look for arm workouts within the past week or so! Thanks for this one and I’ll try it in a couple of days. ❤❤❤❤

I fell Monday at the bowling alley, I am having to workout without my weights, it can be very painful. Got thru the workout. I will be glad when I can go back to using my weights.

Would love more cardio and HIT workouts, really wanting to burn the calories and strengthen at the same time especially to try lose the baby weight!
