Absolutely LOVE all of your arm workouts! Your light weight ones are killer where you have us move our arms in ways we wouldn't with a heavy weight. It's nice to switch it up to lifting heavier weights with fewer reps. TYSM Annie!💪🏻🥰

Hi Julie! That's just great strength! I am a guy and am training with my gf! I could only manage this session with 1 lb dumbbells throughout and my arms just gave up 😟My gf used 10s throughout!!
Love your videos for my morning wake. If you could add reminders to use abs not back. And to stay relaxed in neck and issolate arms, this would be the best arm exercise ever.
These 10 minute workouts are fantastic. Challenging, but if one wants more, one can repeat or go to one of your other arm workouts. Hope you might consider a 10 min. leg and booty workout/10 min. standing abs workout?
I love your workouts, however, can you please offer alternatives when you do shoulders? You do so many shoulder exercises and I really could use an alternative if you have one.

I don't have fat large looking arms I have a bit of fat under it ladeees gents I pump in the air with 8 lbs daily punch box with 8 lbs daily for hours! While walking up down hills I've been working out with weights in gym at apt building where I have my own place and prior to that outside year before last 2019 I simply need more time invested more often cause when I'm outside oxegyn plus being outside gives me energy .. plus male attention is a bonus perk and being in front of audience motivates me from leilana big hooters... Hooters alert beep beep that's me 😆😆😆
