    Love these arm workouts! I've been doing your arm workouts for a solid month, I started with the famous 5 minute video and now I'm on to the 10 mn ones. I can totally see that my arms are wayyy more toned and my shoulders more defined! thank youuuu

    Love this one...I'm 59 and have all over rheumatoid arthritis, and fibromyalgia. I've also got a curved spine that has resulted in 4 back and 1 neck surgery. But you Annie, are so motivating, and I'm pushing through the pain and working out with you almost every day! Thank you so much for using your fitness gift, plus motivating others to go with you. (countdown clock is a winner)

    I keep meaning to tell you, Annie, that my 12 year old son has joined me in your arm workouts! This one is his favorite! He’s building up his arm muscles so he can hit the baseball harder and farther. He’s also wanting to use his arm muscles to shoot the puck into the net at hockey! I love having a cute and motivated workout partner!

      Hi Dawn! I have always been very weak and unconfident and really struggle. I did this lesson with my mom. But it was really hard with 1 lbs! I did bicep curls with 1 lb and my arms just gave way 😟 My mom did curls of 6 lbs.

    YAY. I am LOVING your short workouts Annie! I also really dig the countdown clock up top during the workouts as of lately. I always do 4-5 of your arm workouts just about daily for about a month or so. I like that they are short as I really don’t think I can handle very long workouts just yet. I am building myself up.

    Everyday I'm trying one of the arms workout of Annie. This one it was really difficult for me, I had to drop my arms out at the and of each exercise, but since I'm just beginning the arms workout, I'll get better over time. Thank you, once again, Annie.

    did it today with 3 pound weights and made it through the whole workout! I have been doing your arm workouts since the beginning of COVID. I started with the Bye Bye batwing one and have done many others. Thank you for helping me get stronger and definitely more definition in my almost 60 year old arms :)

    Annie, your workouts are great! I love them! I don't have 2 pound weights, so started with three and dropped to one pound around the 4 minutes left mark. I'm 61 and determined to do the whole thing with 3 pounds.

    I have been doing your workout for 3 1/2 weeks now i combine this with your 3 min arm workout video i have seen alot of change in my arms . im on the journey to loose 50 lbs so far ive lost 35 . my arms looked very big and i see a big difference now!     After my spine surgery I had lots of problems with my shoulders because I had to wear a brace but with this exercise they are helping me a lot but slowly.

    Loving this 30 day challenge. Started out with 3 lb weights but was a little too much to start with. Dropped to 2.5 but still feeling the burn. I can see and feel myself getting stronger so I'm going to try 3 lbs again in a few days. See you tomorrow 😉

    I love your short workouts too! You commented that you get bored, that’s exactly my problem. I do struggle to do workouts that are longer than 30 minutes due to fatigue also though.
    I have been told in the past to not do exercises with weights daily, to skip a day. Is that true? Supposedly that gives your muscles repair time. When I was able to go to my health club I did the gym every day and did the pool on between days.
    You don’t mention age on your channel, but I find your exercises very doable at 73. I only use 5 pound dumbbells though, sometimes lighter.

      Me too! I only use 2 -5 pound weights. And, they work just as well. I'm not trying to be a body builder, I'm just trying to stay toned!

    Its been 2.5 weeks of doing 4.5 min workout of urs..I do see a change in my bicep muscles... But I can't see changes in triceps...also I can't seem to reduce inches..really wanna get rid of the fat! My arms are 11.5 inches!
    When will i start to see changes Annie?
