He’s building up his arm muscles so he can hit the baseball harder and farther. He’s also wanting to use his arm muscles to shoot the puck into the net at hockey! Hi Dawn! I have always been very weak and unconfident and really struggle. I did this lesson with my mom. But it was really hard with 1 lbs! I did bicep curls with 1 lb and my arms just gave way 😟 My mom did curls of 6 lbs.

After my spine surgery I had lots of problems with my shoulders because I had to wear a brace but with this exercise they are helping me a lot but slowly.
Loving this 30 day challenge. Started out with 3 lb weights but was a little too much to start with. Dropped to 2.5 but still feeling the burn. I can see and feel myself getting stronger so I'm going to try 3 lbs again in a few days. See you tomorrow 😉
I love your short workouts too! You commented that you get bored, that’s exactly my problem. I do struggle to do workouts that are longer than 30 minutes due to fatigue also though. I have been told in the past to not do exercises with weights daily, to skip a day. Is that true? Supposedly that gives your muscles repair time. When I was able to go to my health club I did the gym every day and did the pool on between days. You don’t mention age on your channel, but I find your exercises very doable at 73. I only use 5 pound dumbbells though, sometimes lighter.

Its been 2.5 weeks of doing 4.5 min workout of urs..I do see a change in my bicep muscles... But I can't see changes in triceps...also I can't seem to reduce inches..really wanna get rid of the fat! My arms are 11.5 inches! When will i start to see changes Annie?

Me too! I only use 2 -5 pound weights. And, they work just as well. I'm not trying to be a body builder, I'm just trying to stay toned!
