- The plaintiff alleges she put down a deposit to purchase a car from the defendants. However, the defendants ignored the plaintiff, so she is suing for a refund. The defendants argue the plaintiff never paid off the car in full and didn't pick it up.

That defendant needs to be reported to the police. If she is listing a car that she doesn't own for sale and taking deposits that is fraud and should be prosecuted.

A family of scammers!! Her brother was on another episode being sued for totalling someone’s car at 5am and an open pill jar was found in his car. He said he was a car sales man and had previous arrest and back child support. A mess!!

Let's get back to the title situation. That was glossed over. It belonged to the baby daddy, which is an odd way to describe a man she is with, and it was never clarified if she had good title to sell the car. Why did they need some week to get the car ready for sale? It should have been ready when the ad was posted in the first place.
Not really. I refer to my boyfriend as my children's father (not "baby daddy") because it assigns more importance to him than simply calling him my boyfriend.

They were scamming from the beginning. Even when the judge asked if the car was still being driven, the brother nodded his head yes and the sister said no. It's clear they're liars and need to be reported.

7:19 $1,600.00 for a car that needs an o2 sensor…. That sounds about right; I wonder what else was wrong with it…. Chances are they probably dodged a bullet by not getting that car; a car that is running and is in good shape and NOT about to need a new transmission or engine will generally be sold for a lot more than $1,600.00… There’s a reason why some cars are priced the way they car; apparently there are plenty people out there that really believe they can get a decent reliable car for a couple thousand dollars.. These same people will usually NOT be willing to spend a couple hundred dollars to get the vehicle inspected by an actual mechanic…..
They 100% tried to ripped this kid off. They didnt have the right to sell the car in the first place and are obligated to return funds the didnt deliver on

Yes! He hit a car wasted at like 6 am claiming he was going to work at his car dealership (even though there’s no dealership in the country that opens before 8 AM). He also got possession of a controlled substance, not prescribed to him, and tried to claim that the woman hit him, even though all their damage was in the back of the car, and all his damage was in the front of his car.

I’m going out on a limb(not having listened to the entire case) but Amanda cannot sell a car that’s in her husband’s name, so the plaintiff should get her deposit back. But I’m not sure the plaintiff can even legally enter into a contract since she is only 17 years old.

Both defendants are scammers and liars, but the woman is the worst. She said she'd stopped driving the car, but when asked why she didn't turn it over to the buyer she said she was still looking for a car meaning that she was using it.

I rented a rental property and the people that lived there supposed to take care of the lawn. It stays that and the least that tenant is responsible for all lawn care. Few months ago, the law to reset your responsible for it. She said no that the Lease doesn’t say that. When we reminded her it says the tenant is responsible for the lawn care, she replied the lease is vague, It doesn’t say we have to supply the equipment to do the lawn.
