Not Paying The Piper | The People's Court

- Опубліковано 4 жов 2024
- The plaintiff dated the defendant, but they broke up because she cheated on him and threw a statue at his head. They lived together in his family’s building, and they agreed to share expenses. He’s suing for rent, utilities, the cost of a diamond ring, food expenses, and a refrigerator door replacement. The defendant argues the plaintiff kicked her out of the apartment in the middle of the night, and she took him to court for an illegal eviction. She doesn’t think she owes

These older cases are way better than the newer ones.
What newer ones, they are old already, since there is no more People's Court. You missed the memo. Judge Milian has a new court room drama. Look at your local listings for show times.
Not to mention these aren't 30 minutes long 😵💫
@@trekgirl65probably thinking of the new Judge Milian show. It does suck.
I think she meant newer in comparison to older@@trekgirl65
Less scripting and the litigants were actually able to say how they felt.
So the judge was right about her
The judge is right 95% of the time IMO. I think the American justice system is a joke so she a breath of fresh air.

She was horrible. It really speaks to her character
Exactly. She was no prize.
Or lack there of....
Wheres she going with that spare tire?!?
Oh please
This is absolutely hilarious 🤣
Her mom must be proud. She clearly raised a morally bankrupt person.
Right from the moment she walked in with that nasty scowl on her face
Yep
🤣 🤣 🤣
I worry that one of my son's may meet a woman like the defendant.. she is evil.
"He was paying all my bills so that's a good thing." It's rare for a vile entitled woman to admit to being vile and entitled. I love that comment by the defendant.
you know she regrets it lol
Free will
@@junkienikki3 What about it?
She's not cute enough to be a sugar baby anyway
He should have, she was 16@tommyjones6866
Her parents know exactly how horrible she is!
Yep, and I'm sure they're proud. They raised her to be that way, if they didn't then they would have told her that she was wrong and to pay the man what she owed him. The only people to blame for the defendants nasty, vile, and entitled attitude is her and her parents.
Seems doubtful they’d be shocked or care…she’s quite something 🥹
they are most likely just like her.. Horrible people,
The judge was right about the defendant. Shes a smug "b"
Who else is loving these old ones so juicy
I think we can all relate to the reasons of the plaintiff, wanting the defendant to pay for the ring. But I absolutely love his honesty about it, being straightforward. Love it and I get it 100% my dude.
Holy crap. What’s the secret to a healthy marriage? Trust and love. If you can’t trust the person you’re with then you have no right being with them
I'm so glad that the plaintiff won!
Yes!
Aint she a breathe of fresh air 😂😅
She sure is a sweetie pie 😂😂
She's a peach. 😂
😂😂😂😂😂
It always amazes me how easily some people lie.
It’s human nature
Defendant was cold blooded.
Ice cold 👌
The daughter and the mother seemed like real class acts!😂 The girl couldn’t decide on a hair color!
Good for him. She’s a jerk
Will people ever learn not to snoop or ask a specific question if they cant handle the truth.
Seems like you can’t handle the truth
@@PeopleRTheProblem
😁😆😅
People ask questions when they don't know the truth, that's why. Otherwise it would be an accusation. Aside from that, if someone feels a need to keep secrets from their partner, they probably shouldn't be in that relasionship.
He handled it fine he got rid of her!!
Not when your in a relationship just stay single weirdo
If they were together for 4 years, and she's now 23, what were they doing living together? She's so immature. A lot of growing up to do.
EXACTLY ❤👍👍👍
She a two-faced, entitled little brat who convinced him after being together for over 3 years that they should live together. I'm sure she didn't start acting like this to the extreme measure she was until they started living together. Like she said, "she was only in it for the money." She wanted someone to pay her bills and he was the perfect man to do it. I don't believe for a second that she ever loved him or treated him like she did and the evidence proved that he took care of her even when she didn't hold up to the agreement. I agree with the judge, she is definitely capable of doing every nasty thing that he said she did. With the attitude that she had in court she looked like a real b***h.
Don’t get hung up on the age. My wife and I got married at 20. About to hit our 16 year anniversary. We are both committed to each other and we figure everything out along the way.
WHERE THE HELL WERE HER PARENTS 😡😡😡😡😡
Ok, I thought she said she was 20... still immature.
If you feel the urge to snoop, just take it as a sign to end the relationship. Snooping seems like the answer but it's just a clue that something isn't working in the relationship. Maybe you can work it out, maybe not. It's better to just cut your losses and call it a compatibility issue, imo.
I'm happy that chunky highlights aren't popular anymore.
Everyone has different style, and they are in style now
These two people didn’t love each other they didn’t trust and seemed to have hatred between them. Some people don’t even know what love is
Set ground rules regarding money at the beginning of the relationship or you will be sorry, is so true
You can set all the rules you like but it doesn't mean anything unless everyone abides by them.
Amen to that comment👏🏿
Her streaks are terrible
Have not watched the entire thing, but don’t understand why he found it funny with the announcement. Frankly, he’s much better looking than her.
I thought the same lol
Yes he is
I just commented that he's better-looking than her. He can do much better. She's a 4 on a good day.
She looks closer to 33 than 23.
More like 43
Oh, she showed them text messages where he told her to come get her stuff and just leave and be done with it. She tries to hit him in the head with a statue, but I guess nobody thought a issue with that in the police department. 9:44
He was being nosy and he messed around and got his feelings hurt.
What happens in the dark comes out in the light
She did the same, only before he did. Difference was she couldn't care less because her focus was financial gain.
Hooking up and sharing computers is so wrong! Doesn’t matter how long you have been together/married - does that mean if one person’s computer is hacked, then the other sharing person’s computer has also been hacked?
Rubbish, I've Been married for 57 years, since 17 years old, we have shared the same computer all the time. But, ofcourse, if you are unhappy, immature and self-centered , you need your own computer to hide your very Vile thoughts and affairs. And on being hacked ! Yes I was hacked, but we worked to find the person and the bank closed all credit cards so we lost nothing. WE DIDN'T FIGHT OVER IT.
They are so done. Very clear and simple.
The Judge said being arrested is very unusual!!!! 😅😅😅
.....For the eviction/lockout.
While it may be criminal, arrrests are rare, and it usually ends up in civil court.
I can't believe they arrested him! The defendant is such a vile person....her exit interview definitely solidified that. She's a poor excuse for a woman. If you're so tired of him, why don't you grow up and have a conversation to end it? I hope men around her saw this episode and took this as a huge warning sign.
Defendant is the epitome of the bad trifecta. Bad attitude, bad hair, and bad make-up. Love the morally bankrupt comment, it's spot on. IMO
I bought the medium bag in Flash, but this is the first time I ever wanted the wallet. Thanks for the review
The tall dude in the back looks just like Harvey 🤯
the big guy behind the plaintiff with the grey shirt kind of looks like douglas sort of??? i see no harvey looking guys

I was hoping harvey would say something lol he often points out people looking like celebrities
@@tierralark8418 holy crap! He does!
She looks older than 23.
Her parting remarks show how truely shallow she is.
When I was sixteen, I realized I could pick the lock on my sister's diary.
I read one line and was horrified and that was the end of my curiosity of anyone else's business.
I put her diary away and I have never snooped or looked through another person's things ever since.
It's best to be this way; to not know anything that is none of your business anyway.
Ignorance really is bliss. Nothing good ever comes from snooping.
I never get jealous of my girlfriend or look through her phone and if I'm a fool to be so trusting, so be it.
It's senseless to worry about what others do. If you have to snoop, you really don't understand how to give the same respect that you expect from others.
12:13 😂😂😂 the honesty
Lorrrdddd that hair!
Now that I saw the whole case lemme say that the defendant was straight up fucked up. She was spittin truth tho saying "he was paying all my bills and not giving anything else so...." Hey if a dude can't realize he being played for how long then its on him. Glad he getting his money but he was a damn fool gettin with her
The guy she was texting must have been the cop because like the judge said, that is very rare that they will arrest someone for an illegal eviction, also those text messages were not harassment. Yeah I really think she's messing with the cop
He dodged a bullet…just say No to funkadelick skunk streaks🤣
She used him for money.
“What did you like about him?”
Defendant: he was paying all my bills
This is why it’s better to stay single guys
What did he see in her ????
he honestly seems really truthful and reasonable. he threw her out because he was mad. we've all been there.
"You look so guilty!!! Look at his hands!!!"🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I would never even think to search another person's computer or invade their privacy. I call that respect. And trust. I learned that from my parents. They were married for 66 years.

They are just young immature people in a relationship, except the defendant's flippant attitude will prevent her from growing up.
He’s too cute for her
She just wanted her bills paid. Go figure
She lying her face off. She totally smacked him around.. disgusting
The could have called this case “the dirty Sanchez”.
You should’ve played the cuatro during the court case.
That is the worst chunky highlight job I have ever seen.
Defendant is a piece of work but the plantiff is a doofus for wanting the ring back because he's mad.
Who paid for the ring?
Why do you think she should keep a prize for her cheating?
@@bobbarker9556 🙄 do you know half of the litigants who say at the time" it's a gift" JM does know when to recognize it for what it is. Plus the plantiff got the rest of the money. He stated that he was only looking to get it back because he was angry. People like that don't sit well me. And it was from a pawn shop 🤣. It's second hand goods anyway. Also I called the defendant a piece of work meaning that she's worse than the plaintiff. It's just my opinion though . Just cuz I call someone else a doofus for an action, doesn't mean I ain't happy he won.
The ring is given with the promise of marriage. If there's no marriage, he gets the ring back. It happens all the time on this show
@@bobbarker9556Under the law, the ring was a gift. It was for their anniversary. If that ain't a gift, I didn't know what is.
@@TopherGrantYeah the only she would be able to keep it is she pays for it or she has something that has him saying she can keep it no matter what.
The plaintiff dodged a horrible future with the defendant. She NEVER cared about him.
What did he see in the Defendant? OMG.. He needs to raise his standards.
The judge trying to teach her how to cheat better.
If we are in a real relationship, I get access to ur phone, you get access to mine.
Cheaters hide things
They hated each other.
This is why you don’t share passwords… A PERSON READING YOUR DIARY IS TOO FAR … they are reading a piece of your mind
You must have things to hide
He came prepared 😎👍
I would have had a very serious talk with my son if witnessing that kind of situation between him and his girlfriend. A broad like that, you can find it on any street corner.
Any man who gets with the defendant is going to be driven crazy. What a horrible person who is getting by on "looks" alone.
She won't get far then. Not attractive...at all.
Im dying laughing 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
For a girl friend, she could be given a separate entry login to the computer that would prevent the accessing of private data of the owner.
He had no excuse to go through her journal, I don’t care if it was digital. & that doesn’t excuse her behavior by any means, but he wasn’t justified in going through her personal feelings. Neither of them were right to go through the other’s journal.
I like her Rikki Lake Hairspray hair
I would never share my password with my significant other period! If you have to do that then there is no trust in your relationship...
Wow...that was the worst kind of advice the judge can give someone for a relationship. "Share all ur passwords and emails so no secrets" thats literally like very high lvls of insecurities/no trust in ur partner
You don't say. .... .. so how long have you been married?
It just made me laugh because sharing passwords and emails would fall under the same category. The purpose of sharing would be to have access to the other's "personal" space.. so her advice made me chuckle a bit.
I'd have to agree with Judge Milian. My husband and I have been together for 25 years, married for 10, and we have had each other's passwords since we got our first cell phones and computers.
Good luck to whoever inherits this princess 👹
What a prize. Hope her next man is ok
Showed her true colors at the end 😮
Women like the defendant is why I like men.
Her mother should have taught her daughter…when a man shows you he no longer wants you, believe him. And instead of telling her to call the police to be here to just get her things, she instead causes more issues by complaining of the illegal lockout. Way to go mom! 🙄
If you love and trust your partner 100%, there’s no need to be a snoop. Two people with massive trust issues
Disagree where's the offset for the illegal eviction
She admitted being with him because she didn't work and that's why she was with him.i can imagine what else she does for money.
She got kicked out for that hair. Honey, no ma’am.
"So he says" is about like saying "yo' mama!" It's weird, immature slang for "that is not true."

The new show is so cringe w the acting and script. I think it flopped on its face, so maybe they are making new ones.
Why should she have to pay any money when she was illegally locked out, am I missing something?!
Previous bills while she was living there I think
Because she didn't countersue. I'm happy she didn't.
I like the younger cases.❤
Dating a man 4 years older at 19 and still having to go 50/50 is insane. 19 with an older brokie?! I hope she learned her lesson.
She resembles of my brother’s wife. Her attitude is the very reason I don’t wanna see her anymore since the day of their wedding… over a decade!
My brother truly deserves better.
You might have a little bit of anger problems. But I think that she was unreasonable. I think she was mean spirited and I think that she did whatever she wanted to do and didn’t want him to say anything about it. You’re gonna find someone that’s right for him. He’s young. She’s young, but she is kind of disgusting and her personality l
I have to agree with her, my wife and i have full access to each others lives. If you have passwords that your wife doesnt know then you are hiding something.
Why would access to your spouse's computer even be something you would want? My mother would have never even wanted to invade my Dad's privacy. And vice versa. I think it's called trust.
