Waking up before 9 am depends on your circadian rhythm a good rule of thumb for what it is is for one day 2 hours before bed hours 10pm and later and see when you feel sleepy or want to fall asleep and go to bed then and wake up when you naturally wake up or to the sunlight if you sleep past 11 am
So hit every muscle group once a week but abs. You will get in shape but not as fast as u could if u trained push, pull, rest, push, pull then rest on the weekends and just hit legs on push day it’s a push movement, run a couple miles a week for cardio. But hey what do i know

I saw it. I was in the same exact situation. Learn to do pushups and pullups, do squats, train abs, if you have dumbbells use them. Learn to eat healthy - that's means enough of protein, carbs, fats and fiber. It doesn't mean strict diet. Learn some skill. It's really variable. If you watch porn - stop it. It really really affects your brain and body in a bad way. Good luck!
