✅Ingredients
• 1 pound ground turkey
• 1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon pepper
✅Instructions
1️⃣ In a mixing bowl, gently knead together turkey, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Don't overwork the meat.
2️⃣ Form into patties about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Press your thumb down on the middle to give it a slight indent.
3️⃣ Heat a large heavy skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Or, heat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat (400-450 degrees F). Make sure the grate is well oiled so the meat doesn't stick.
4️⃣ Cook burgers for about 5 minutes per side, flipping half-way through. Ground turkey needs to be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. You can remove them from the grill or pan at 160 degrees and let rest for 5 minutes, until they reach 165 degrees F, while you prepare your toppings.

Just made this. Came out moist and juicy. Glad I found this recipe. I usually avoid Turku burgers due to the dryness. This saved the day. 😊
So juicy and delicious! I’ve eaten Turkey meat / burgers for the last 20 out of 46 years, and these were top notch. I added garlic and onion powder, pepper, fresh diced green onion and some Slap Yo Mama seasoning (not too much because Turkey meat is already salty).
I made these burgers today and all I have to say is WOW!!! They were amazing 😻 Thank you!
OMG! Looks so appetizing! 😋😋
I am making these! Yum! Thank you!
I have never made a turkey burger I've liked, I'm definitely going to try this recipe. Thanks for all the info on lean turkey differences.
Thank you 😊
The Turkey burger looks delicious. TFS
This recipe is the real deal and so easy!
This turkey burger is so perfection !!!!!!!!!!!
Great job 🎉
I'm ready to eat! Thank you 😊
I never comment on recipes, but I just made these Turkey burgers and OMG, they’re delicious! You are a goddess. Thank you.
My second time making this because it was really good!
This recipe tastes yummy
In Maine we pronounce it two ways southern Maine: Wish-a-sheer. Northern Maine: wis-tah-sher.
That looks so good
Just subscribed, thanks so much for sharing !🙂❤
You are so welcome!
the olive oil is key and the Worcestershire sauce is a great touch. Both simple and effective steps to a good turkey burger.
Delicious 😋
Those Juicy Turkey Burgers are super juicy. They do look so good
woos-ta-sheer :)
Thanks for the recipe!
Looks Terrific, will make tomorrow evening🌹
Hope you enjoy
Looks good. I will have to try it.
Hope you enjoy
Thank you Chef Caytlin. Your turkey berger looks delicious and worth trying. I’m saving the recipe. 🌸❤️🌸
Looks great Chef Caytlin!
Thank you!
How would you do these in the air fryer?
Chef Caitlyn awesome! You go girl!
I’ve been your subscriber for ever and you truly are amazing I don’t know why you are not in the billions yet you are my best and almost millions
What kind of pan are you using? Thank you😊
Thank you for not taking yourself too seriously with the whole Worcestershire pronunciation.
Turkey burgers are so touchy when you try to flip them. Anyone one else lose parts of their burger to the grill?
I’ve added anchovy paste into my burgers with success (thanks to a tip from Kenji)
Thanks for the recipe.
I used your recipe, but added more spices…EXCELLENT!!!!!
Wonderful!
It is literally the best Turkey burger ever! The oil made all the difference!!
I will definitely try this recipe I switched from ground beef to Turkey the only bad feature about it is I'm used to eating my hamburgers rare to medium rare and you can't do that with Turkey LOL so I'm hoping that this recipe give me that little bit more juice that you want in a burger have a great day. 🌻✌💖💪🎅🚌👍
Its wuss-ta-shure :-). LOVE me some turkey burgers! I make these but add garlic and onion powder.
Or i go bun-less and top sautéed vinegar spinach with a Mediterranean flavored burger.
Saute chopped onion celery in 2-3 TBLS olive oil seasoned with lots of cumin, Italian seasoning, garlic squeeze pressed garlic, cayenne & salt. Cooled then mixed in the turkey with feta and peas. YUM. Dont be afraid of the spices! I add more of all of them to the raw hamburger meat. I cook them in same saute pan.
I would love to come to your house to eat, we have pretty much the same way of cooking, but I'm learning a little more watching your videos, thank you!🙂
Thank you, the simplest and best tasting Turkey burger that I’ve ever made.
Happy you gave it a try (:
I made these with butter instead of olive oil. They turned out great! Almost like eating regular beef burgers
Yum
No bueno on a dry turkey burger😝🤣!!! There's nothing better than a juicy and delicious turkey burger😋❤🤗!!!
In the UK we say it 'wuh-stir-shur'. We pronounce all counties that end in shire with a shur sound. Just as counties or towns that end in ham we say 'um' as in Birming-um'. My only issue is I can only find turkey mince in the supermarket in a packet. Its always really wet and sloppy.
I wonder if this can be made by roasting in the oven.
As a general rule, I'm not a turkey burger fan. That being said, these were simply delicious. I made them last week and I'm making them again tomorrow.
I am definitely going to try this, I would love it if you would share a turkey meatloaf please. Ever time I make one it just doesn’t have the correct taste. Thanks for sharing.
I have a recipe for that on my site (: Www.thestayathomechef.com
Yes😍😍😍
No disrespect but you can tell those burgers need more seasoning by how pink they look. I need to see the seasoning in the meat.
Well that’s a new one! Didn’t know that culinary superpower existed!
Hey there Catylin
I seldom come across posts like this! This is inspiring and makes me want to try it!
I was wondering if soy sauce plus ketchup could be used without Worcestershire sauce?
Cheers !!
Bernadeth
Delicious looking burger,, Might give turkey burgers another try!
I wanted to make a big batch and then freeze them. Should I freeze before or after cooking? Thanks for any help.
Freezing before cooking would produce the best results.
@@Thestayathomechef I'm so appreciative of your reply. I am making them today and this really helps! Thanks for this recipe!
Woos-ter-sher!!!(Simple)
Its a place in England!
Woost th shur, try this.
W sauce🤪
The correct way to pronounce Worcestershire is to say it like this "wuster-sure". Hope this helps 👍
Or “wister-sheer” depending where you’re from
Worsta sheer
There isn't anything correct with English. Even the English can't speak English.
Wer ster shire is the correct pronunciation of the sauce. The joke pronunciation is, wash your sister sauce. LOL! Thanks for the recipe!
Wush-tuh-sheer.
so to pronounce it Worcestershire it Wuss ter sheer, though even in the UK we pronounce depending on what part you come from and lot time we just call it Worcester sauce but this the best way lol hope that helps
Here in South Africa my lady, it's pronounce voos-ter-shire(worcestershire ) sauce, thanks for the recipe 😁👍🤗
You are so welcome (:
❤❤❤❤❤
The official way to say it is W-Sauce
Been doing this for yrss...
The official way to say it is (whats that there sauce) 😁
This is not the official way but the homemade way of saying the name of the sauce...
"What'sThisHereSauce"
Slur the collection of words, a bit, as you say them like it's one word. 😁 😝
Use beefy onion soup mix... That's the key and lots of black pepper. I use full fat turkey... It's turkey... So going low fat is a waste.
I've been told it's pronounced "whats-this-here-sauce".
haha i like that
I made a turkey burger
Don't mind but where is the old chef
@JupiterRising OMG. May she get well soon, such a nice chef and i belief a nice person too.
I just call it W sauce at this point lol.
Whista Shear sauce.
What happened to the other lady? The recipe looks delish

@@Thestayathomechef Yes, I went through your previous videos I had saved and saw it. Thank you for responding. Praying for your health.
Wust-er sauce
I call it watch your sister sauce
you must be a ton of fun
It's easy to pronounce Worcestershire. it's juist three syllables: worst er sheer.
Who’s-your-sister
If you really want to know for sure how to say it call the company LOL because they are probably the only ones able to tell you the truth way of saying LOL
Where is the stay at home chef? That’s part of the reason I watch this channel. I’m sure this young woman is fine but I want what I subscribed too.
ua-cam.com/video/wBo_Xvt_E7I/v-deo.html
Wash Your Sister Sauce!
Worst word in the world sauce…lol 😊
Ok so no garlic no onion powder pepper or anything yes I’ll make this right away
