I got some ground Turkey something I never eat & don't know what to do with. This video had some good tips & some weird ones. I mixed in a lot of the ingredients, steak sauce, soy sauce, mustard, minced garlic & instead of the butter (since I don't have a gull bladder) I mixed in an egg. It came out really good especially with the sauteed veggies on top!

What i do when i roast garlic and onions is olive oil the roasting tray, cut the garlics straight down the middle and same with the onions then face the open cut side face down. Leave all the skins on and if you don't use foil you get more of a caramelizeation. It's a brilliant way to make gravy for a roast dinner.

Gotta weigh the risks, clogged arteries/obesity from saturated fats or stomach/intestinal cancer from red meat.

Going to my dad's house always means talking about Sam the cooking guy. Tonight for fathers Day dinner his fiance and me surprised him with the Sam the cooking guy knife. At this point I forgot I watched this episode and didn't enter him for the competition!
This Evo grill would make his life. He's done so much for me and loves all your cooking. One day I'm sure we're going to fly him down to eat at your restaurant and hopefully meet you as a gift.
Love all your episodes, enthusiasm, teachings and of course food.
Happy Father's Day to you too! I hope your kids cooked you something amazing as well!
Brought my dad some fancy steak which is what sparked the Sam conversation haha.

Alternatively, instead of butter, I grate red onion and zucchini and add it to my turkey burger. I also go 1/4 pound and do it on a flat top to get a nice scald. Will definitely be making that aioli though.

@Phil Weaver So what you are saying is: "Install this cancer of a software because it keeps Phil paid fixing all the fucked up system problems." The software is a mistake - Google "user" reviews. Norton is a meme at this point.

I love Sam having discovered him at the start of the year and I've made it my ritual to watch a video almost daily (amusingly while I eat lunch). I've liked/subscribed/followed..so I'm a fan! This video really triggered me though.
      1. The amount of butter used was just completely stupid to the point where it's a butter burger with turkey added as a binder/filler. Then adding oil on top...uggh.
      2. Blowing repeatedly on the burger. In a COVID era I found that disgusting and really amateur hour.
      3. The oddball sponsors that have nothing to do with cooking continues. From earphones to now computer security? Is My Pillow next?
I really couldn't take this entry seriously and it just felt like it was an attempt at trolling.

I made this, and it was super good. I’m not really a mayo on a burger person, but the roasted garlic mayo was great. I used havarti. Also a week earlier I made a slow cooker pulled pork, that I smoked for 30 minutes after it fell apart in the crock pot. I took all of the left over fat and liquid and put it in a container. I mixed some of it into the onions and jalapeños once caramelized, and it was next level. I also used a little less butter, and added in some of the pulled pork fat. I think everyone told me how amazing the food was about 6 times each. Great recipe

I had my doubts because I haven’t had a Turkey Burger I ever liked. I bought 4 one pound packages of Butter Ball ground Turkey at Costco thinking I would use it for Tacos. I got pressed into using some of the Burger in the last minute. I followed your lead and used the 1 quarter pound butter to 1 pound of Turkey Burger I adjusted the ingredients using season salt, garlic, onion powder pepper. Put them on the grill till about 160 degrees. They turned out great. I definitely will do again. The Butter made the difference.
