    I did this everyday for 6 months and I could tell so much of a difference! Not only did my stomach lose fat, my legs got a little slimmer to actually!

    gonna do this for 1 week since i wanna try it (also in a calorie deficit)
    april 11 day 1: ✅ did today at 6pm lol
    april 12 day 2: ✅ did today at 7am
    april 13 day 3: ✅ 8am
    april 14 day 4: ✅ 9am lol why is my workout time keeps on being 1 hr late lol
    april 15 day 5: ✅ 6am, i was so,out of breath lol, but after completing this, i felt good, its only five min but im sweating so much..
    april 16 day 6: ✅ ( i did it with a 1 min plank and a 15 mins threadmill because i ate too much yesterday)
    april 17 day 7: ✅
    april 18 final day: ✅
    ITS EFFECTIVE IF YOU ALSO FOLLOW A BALANCED DIET, MY STOMACH FEELS FLAT NOW YLUNLIKE BEFORE I FEEL BLOATED. THE EXERCISE HELPED ME ALOT

      intermittent fasting! did not completely cut out sugar, so per week ྀིi have 1 cheat day, though with moderation, & i eat alot of whole foods like protein, vegetables, and fruits!

    These exercises are fun to do, it's clear that my measurements have decreased, I think I've lost around 1.5 kg, but I haven't weighed myself yet, I realized that I've lost a lot this week.

    Ok I'm doing this until its Sunday cause Easter, I dont know my weight because I dont have measured tape so I'll just tell yall if I notice body change
    Monday: was tired, out of breath most of the time but made it thru ^^
    Tuesday: almost didn't do it today cause I was lazy but I did it, didn't feel as tired like yesterday, still no body change yet
    Wednesday: just did it, wasn't tired until the end, I think my belly is getting a lil small ^^
    Thursday: i didn't do Thursdays yesterday but i did do one of her other exercises that's longer and my belly is going down more a lil ^^
    Friday: just did this exercise and another from her channel, sweating like crazy heh but I dont feel lazy like i did on Monday my belly still looks like yesterday ^^

    day 1: i did this workout + 3 others and 20k steps! this workout will leave you gasping for air, but after 3 minutes you’ll feel amazing and reborn :)
    day 2: i did this workout at 6 pm, after walking 20k steps so thats why it was a bit harder for me, i was gasping for air as if i was on the brink of death, but again, i feel amazing! total of steps: 27k cyall tomorrow:)
    day 3: struggled but got through feeling great!!

    I’m gonna do this till the end of April ~
    I’m doing this along with her 6 min cardio and an emi wong 20 days thigh workout.
    I’m not following a specific diet but I do eat vegetables least once a day. I have a big smoothie/sandwich for breakfast. And sometimes a fistful of rice for lunch/dinner. I don’t eat junk food often. (Maybe once in 1-2 weeks.)
    I’m dehydrated asf so I’m gonna try and drink 2Litre of water everyday (that’s what my Dr. told😌)
    * Starting again today because I had exams🤡 *

    Let's try it! (Idk why I still remember the pain two days ago...)
    Day 1✅ felt the burn, I was sweating a lot which is good since it's releasing toxins out of my body
    Day 2✅ same as day 1 but much funner
    Day 3✅ saw a tad difference so I trusted the process
    Day 4✅ started getting used to it🎉
    Day 5✅ have seen progress loving itt (getting closer😍😍😍)

    P.S I did other workouts, they really help a lot but this one really helped me the most!! But don't forget I also also had a diet ^^

    I did it rk tbh idk why I didn’t felt the time it was fast tbh and this is the best part😭😭 + the most painful one to do it to me is the squat jump💀 man I hate squat😭😭😭

      hi! what worked for me is to take like a few days rest, when like u eat more than usual, don’t do any workout, don’t track ur calories, just eat more and rest and drink water!!

    Your workouts are soo great but my room is to low to do jumping jacks 😂 I always need to be carefull while doing them xD I added these kind of workout to my yoga and pilaties workout and it helps me alot. I just want to loos right know 7kg to come on 50kg and maybe I after this 3kg extra- but I'm not sure now. I'm gonna update if I got it, or not ^^

    Doing for 1 week
    Day 1: was tired but made it thrue
    Sweated a lot ✅️
    Day 2: done sweted a lot but no change✅️
    Day 3: done sweted a lot not that much of a change plus i have volly practice✅️
    Day 4: done still no change but I feel like there is a little change not sure. was sick and did this☹️ dose it show the changes for other people who did this.✅️

    Thank you so much. I have been doing this almost daily and I definitely feel the fat burn after the exercise. I'm doing this until I at least weigh down a little and have a flatter tummy. This deserves a subscribe from me!!!
    Day 1-7: Yes, but not much weight loss and tummy progress.
    Day: 7-14: Yes, A little tummy loss but not weight loss.
    Day 16: Some loss in tummy fat but still no weight loss.
    Day 18: Same as Day 16 but feel the burn after the workout. (Throughout these days I feel burn after the workout but when I weigh and look at my belly it looks and weighs the same. I believe I am overweight for a 11 year old so does anyone have any tips to help me have a smaller stomach and weigh less? I do workouts but none seem very effective. Thank you if you do reply I really need it and I'm insecure so I do really appreciate it.) :
    Day 19-21:X
    Day 22: Definitely got easier to do since day 1. Feel the burn after workout. (Will try to make my diet more healthy and less)(Currently sick (Cough))
    Day 23: Doing this more and more! While my weight isn't going down so isn't my tummy. Less sick and trying to limit my consumption and what I consume. Fingers crossed some weight loss and tummy fat loss comes in soon!!!
    Will update soon and in the mean while does anyone have any tips??
