What as your diet because I'm struggling with that alot I do exercise but I don't diet I see a bit of toning but I don't think I will loose weight without one
intermittent fasting! did not completely cut out sugar, so per week ྀིi have 1 cheat day, though with moderation, & i eat alot of whole foods like protein, vegetables, and fruits!

hi! what worked for me is to take like a few days rest, when like u eat more than usual, don’t do any workout, don’t track ur calories, just eat more and rest and drink water!!

Your workouts are soo great but my room is to low to do jumping jacks 😂 I always need to be carefull while doing them xD I added these kind of workout to my yoga and pilaties workout and it helps me alot. This deserves a subscribe from me!!! Day 1-7: Yes, but not much weight loss and tummy progress. Day: 7-14: Yes, A little tummy loss but not weight loss. Day 16: Some loss in tummy fat but still no weight loss. Day 18: Same as Day 16 but feel the burn after the workout. (Throughout these days I feel burn after the workout but when I weigh and look at my belly it looks and weighs the same. hi! what worked for me is to take like a few days rest, when like u eat more than usual, don’t do any workout, don’t track ur calories, just eat more and rest and drink water!!

I used to get tired just walking up the stairs but now I walk up the stairs and I feel fine. It’s time to start marking the fat around my belly (if that makes sense...)

Your workouts are soo great but my room is to low to do jumping jacks 😂 I always need to be carefull while doing them xD I added these kind of workout to my yoga and pilaties workout and it helps me alot. I just want to loos right know 7kg to come on 50kg and maybe I after this 3kg extra- but I'm not sure now. I'm gonna update if I got it, or not ^^

Day 1-7: Yes, but not much weight loss and tummy progress.
Day: 7-14: Yes, A little tummy loss but not weight loss.
Day 16: Some loss in tummy fat but still no weight loss.
Day 18: Same as Day 16 but feel the burn after the workout. (Throughout these days I feel burn after the workout but when I weigh and look at my belly it looks and weighs the same. I believe I am overweight for a 11 year old so does anyone have any tips to help me have a smaller stomach and weigh less? I do workouts but none seem very effective. Thank you if you do reply I really need it and I'm insecure so I do really appreciate it.) :

Day 22: Definitely got easier to do since day 1. Feel the burn after workout. (Will try to make my diet more healthy and less)(Currently sick (Cough))
Day 23: Doing this more and more! While my weight isn't going down so isn't my tummy. Less sick and trying to limit my consumption and what I consume. Fingers crossed some weight loss and tummy fat loss comes in soon!!!
